Imagine that Jorge has been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I'm working with what I'll honestly call a humble budget, so my repair isn't something I can take care of all at once. My plan is to save money and collect the parts as I'm able to, and Jorge has been completely willing to work with me along the way. I have a 2011 Honda Pilot with high mileage, and I know it may not be worth much according to the Blue Book, but it's worth so much more to me. I'm trying to take care of it in the most realistic way I can afford, and having someone like Jorge who is willing to answer my questions, be patient, and understand my situation has meant a lot. But what I really want to highlight is the customer service. I drove into Reyes Body Shop feeling pretty low and overwhelmed about my car and my situation, and Jorge genuinely helped lift my spirits. He didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. I haven't even had the repair done yet, and I already feel confident that I chose the right place. That says a lot. Thank you, Jorge, for treating me with kindness and respect and for being willing to work with me as I save and gather what I need. That kind of customer service is rare I'll definitely update this review sometime in the hopefully near future once I'm able to get the repairs done and sharing how the rest of my experience goes!
