Eduardo and his team of professionals have breathed life back into my 24 year old Subaru 2.5rs. It looks better than the day it rolled off the lot! The car refelects everything. The car had damage years ago, but it has all been erased from existence. All body gaps are even and flush again with added jdm goodies I provided, E&M painted and installed front and rear lips. After a week trip to Utah and driving through snow, it was time to give my car some love. I decided to look around Yelp to see if there were some mobile car washes and contacted a couple businesses on Yelp. E & M got back to me pretty quick and gave a reasonable priced exterior detail estimate. I got my appointment for a day after and Brandon showed up at around the appointment time. Really Disappointed with work. I got work through the insurance and I probably could have gotten better work done for the money they charged. I just got a lot of excuses for why it didn't look the best. For one bumper was not aligned with the lip. Their excuse was the bumper was aftermarket, but I took it off, and did it myself and aligned perfectly. The second the reason I took off the bumper is not because I wanted to the bumper to align with the lip it's because I took their word for it, but I took it off because they didn't put a ground for the headlights. The paint was the only thing I thought was really good. read more

Overall, I had a really great experience with E&M. Texted to get a quote for paint correction on my grandfather's old truck, and got a great price after sending through some pics. They did a great job and were friendly and generous the whole time. Even did a couple things on the car without charging me that were additional to what I had gotten the quote for. First off....Very nice and accommodating team. Second....great work! I've run a detail department in my younger day for BMW and other dealerships on the west side. I know what to expect. They did a great job on my wife's black 328i which I maintain regularly. But in this case I was not comfortable removing bad bird dropping stains on the car. It's not what I do. After sending pictures and looking the car over. They gave me a reasonable price. Far exceeded my expectations. I've had the car detailed by a shop in Belmont Shores who couldn't remove, or didn't know how to remove the bird stains. So now I have a excellent vendor with the expertise to resolve my challenges. We are opening a auto rental company and we hope they will do all of cars going forward. First rate.. many will say call them first, I say call them last. E&M hooked me up with a couple of issues on my vehicle. Door respray and blend that was poorly repaired in the past, but they were able to repair it as if nothing ever happened. They also resprayed my bumper. Definitely recommend them. read more

My 8 year old SUV was looking pretty worn. It had water spots and general paint fading.
