Because I did not know that a wrought iron fence around a saltwater pool would cause damage to the fence over time (he does not do vinyl fencing). Therefore by telling me the truth, he lost a sale! This is why I am posting this review. He was honest, friendly and helpful! My husband and I just retired from our business after 31 years, and we understand what it means to take care of the customer! It's how we did business! They tested it repeatedly to insure that all the components were working correctly. It was explained to me so that I understood the workings of it. They were courteous and professional. If I called after the installation they answered my questions and seemed happy to do so. This is a great company to do business with. I highly recommend them. A few weeks later I asked if they could build a sturdy, tough Firewood Stand for me. We discussed what I was needing and the dimensions of the stand. They delivered and set it up for me. It is exactly what I needed. That is SERVICE.

It took forever to get a hold of the guy to address these issues and when we were finally able to, he offered to come "fix" what was wrong. When he came back, he absolutely ruined the paint on our baseboards. Not only did he refuse to return and fix these issues correctly, but he was incredibly rude. I wouldn't let this guy paint out house again even if he paid me.

People do not change and Dwayne is not the person to do your job as he will not honor his work. Do not believe the claim of 100% satisfaction on their website. Don't believe the claim they don't cut corners. It's obvious they did not prime my house or the paint would not be pealing within 6 months of job completion.
