She assumed everything would be fine since everything else She had gotten I've been in Good condition. These were very expensive lights over seven dollar hundred dollars each and when one was opened it was cracked. She appealed to lLighting New York to please take them back that she would take a credit of $2100 but they insisted that she must pay a restocking fee even though they was a damaged and if poor quality and this will come to at least $600. She explained that this was a time of Covid and the construction was relayed in many instances and that was why the box was not open immediately as well as she trusted their product. They just keep repeating a policy is 30 days And gave her no consideration. Now she smells spend whatever is left of the money at light in New York even though she is extremely dissatisfied with the service. I have used them in the past I will not ever recommend them in the future they I have horrible customer service. No loyality and no appreciation for good customers

I needed an electrician because whenever I turned on the microwave and used another appliance at…read morethe same time, the circuit breaker would trip. I found Salazar Electric online and decided to give them a call. Juan, the owner, came to my home and was prompt at the scheduled appointment. I explained to him that I just painted the house and did not want any holes in the ceiling. In addition, I just recently spray foamed my attic as well. He went over in detail how he was going to run the electrical line and assured me no holes were going to be in the ceiling or walls, as he was going to snake the wires down the walls. I informed Juan that I wanted the work done in June, which was about three weeks from the initial meeting, and he was able to accommodate me on the day I selected. A couple of days later, I received an email with the date I wanted the job done and the amount, which was reasonably priced. Max and another gentleman got the job done in a couple of hours. It took them a while to drill a hole through the spray foam, but they got it done. After the job was complete, they cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure working with Juan and his team, and I definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

Juan came right over and fixed the problem and since it was a simple fix (for Him) he did some other minor but very helpful things for us, like label the circuit breaker and replace old switches. we SO appreciated that he stopped whatever he was doing on his sunday to help us out when no one else would.
