He installed a ceiling fan and light for me and made the current outlets that were controlled by the light switch continuously live. He was meticulous in his work, provided me with a switch to control the light and fan individually as well as being able to control the fan speed and to dim the lights and even provided me with better light bulbs than the fan came with! He took the time to explain how everything worked and left my house in the same condition he found it in! Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere from the cut he had to make in the ceiling! He kept us updated on the progress of each lamp for the work needed was intricate. One lamp had three sockets that needed to be re-wired and a new cord & switch put in. The other lamp had 12 sockets and several needed to be replaced, along with the cord and a foot switch. Both lamps work gloriously - we could not be more thrilled.
