It was difficult to find someone who installed anything other than stone or laminent, although butcher block is becoming popular again because it is beautiful, affordable and a renewable resource. Our neighbor came to our rescue and recommended Andy Jaeger of Upright Interiors. Andy not only installed the counter, with brother Scott, but helped us locate the right supplier. He was helpful and responsive throughout the process of selecting and deciding on the design, purchase and shipment, and installation and follow-up. In addition to their master craftsmanship, Andy and Scott are pleasant and personable.
