Happy Moon's is a place which has a typical American style with the big portions, the food types…read moreand the big space... OK! Let's start... 1. The food: The menu is very rich with salad types, burgers, mexican, pasta, pizza, wraps, diet dishes, steaks and many more. Don't worry you will find a good dish for your taste. We had steak and burrito. If I had to make a preference among the two dishes. i would absolutely recommend the steak. It was cooked as we ordered and was very tender and delicious. The burrito was a little bit disappointment. I wasn't expecting to have bulgur with a Mexican dish and there were too much onions in the burrito. Moreover the corn cake was not a real corn cake. I regretted that I didn't order fajitas instead of burrito since the fajita that was ordered by our neighbor table was smelling so delicious. I hardly stopped myself asking for a bite. 2. The service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was quick and good. Moreover all the staff were animal lover since they behave very nice to a little cute kitty which was wandering between the tables asking for food. I was going to give 3 stars to the business but I raised one star for this behavior. 3. The ambiance: Although it was weekday, the place was almost full. There is a big outdoor space and although the evening was a little chilly we weren't cold since the place was equipped with outdoor heaters and moreover there are shawls at each table. The outdoor space was covered with big awnings at the top and with transparent covers at the sides for the protection from wind. My only complaint was the smokers. Since the place was considered to be an outer space, the people were smoking around us and it was very annoying to smell the cigarette smokes around us. I recommend the business to separate some tables for un-smokers. 4. Parking: There is a valet service of the area but we didn't leave our car to the valet since he was kind of rude and we left our car at Ispark. The person who was working for Ispark was very friendly. We just had to walk a few steps to the restaurant after parking our car. So don't leave your car to the valet, try the Ispark parking lot or pavement sides. 5. Cost: The money that we paid was reasonable when it is compared with the similar places.

We went with the menu instead of the usual raki/ mezze. The chef is a known chef in Turkey and we wanted to sample his creations. While the ideas might be good, the execution was all over the place and mostly not good. The sea bass in tarhana coating was bone dry and clearly not made with fresh fish. The clams with bechamel sauce were completely overpowered by cheese and contained handfuls of salt crystals (very crunchy! ). The octopus with mastic was good. The lamb with wheat pilaf and prune paste (or something like that) was completely dry and under seasoned. I wouldn't go back.

Frankly, the burger was pretty tasty however the yellow sauce/dressing was tasteless. It did not taste like anything, to me at least, and had a jello like texture.
