We spent 2 full days with Cedric touring the Alsace wine route and its charming towns. He is an extraordinary guide and we had a very great experience. He took our interests to heart and perfectly tailored an itinerary around each and every request we had. It was not the usual "in the box" trip that all the group tours or private drivers offer. He is very knowledgeable about the area having been born and raised there. His English is perfect and easy to understand. He is patient, calm and very charming. He is flexible. As a local he knew the owner of all the wineries we visited. He brought a platter of cheese, meats and bread so we would not be tasting wines on an empty stomach. He gave us all the time we needed, even when we ran over the original plan; he never rushed us. When parking was difficult, he dropped us off at the entrance of town and told us where to meet.
