The staff get into character and are part of the room. They do not have this in the US. Instead of asking for hints, they will play their role and you feel they are actually part of the room. Mind blowing! We played the screaming metal room and were SOOO impressed!! We are going back tomorrow before heading home!! They served us tea prior to our game. This is an a hour of your time very well spent and frankly priceless!
