As a parent I needed to make the right choice that fit with our budget and that would also give my daughter and her future husband amazing photos to help preserve the memory of their wonderful day. I happened to be searching The Knot, and Kylie was featured. My daughter and I browsed her photos on her website and really loved her work. We then met with Kylie and she is so professional, yet so friendly and accommodating. She worked with our budget and gave us information to help with planning the timeline for the event. On the day of the wedding, it was hectic, but Kylie was calm and kept the photos rolling. The wedding was at the Fullerton Arboretum and when you combine the beauty of the arboretum and the talent of an amazing photographer, the result is magical!!! I just finished the wedding book and it is simply amazing! The lighting, the groupings, the settings were absolutely stunning. I can't say enough about picking the right photographer for a wedding...Kylie is that gal! She captured every special moment and brought it to life through her lens. Her brother Max, did the photo booth for the event, and that was a huge hit. Max is great to work with as well and I would recommend adding a photo booth to the budget. I honestly don't remember who I had the pleasure to communicate with (I think Jay. I have horrible memories.) but she was really on point. I saw a deal on a third party website and Eleven Photobooth site as well. The offer expired, but they managed to honor the price. I always do my research before booking. Yeah, Eleven Photo has SOME bad reviews. In all honest, I think it due to the misunderstanding of their policy. All the bad reviews have a common origin. It's either time set up, distances or buying deals from a third party source. I highly recommend calling beforehand to see if everything works out. I had an issue with payment since my school takes a forever to process the payment. Luckily Jay was patient and understanding with it. My event started at 7 pm but the on-site staff came EXTREMELY early. ( I came 1 hour prior also, but she arrived before me.) The Quality of the print was gorgeous. It ended a little early because photo paper ran out. It was all good since many students were satisfied. I was given a USB drive at the end of the night. I thought it was pretty cool and nice. Many people end up requesting for them. The only con I had was photo booth strips running shorts,t and the open air concept booth. Surprise, Surprise. It's Eleven Photobooth back at it again. (My reaction was like LMAO! We were about to recommend the same photo booth.) THRID ENCOUNTERMENT: Winter Formal 2016 Jay and the staffs never fail to my expectations. Once again another successful event. Jay made a mistake on the format late one night and offered to fix it immediately instead of waiting for tomorrow. I was amazed at her work ethics. OMOGOSH!!!! It was late (almost 12 am) and yet she still want to fix it ... WOW!!!! Words can't describe that experience! Bonus: The on-site was cute according to many girls. Overall, I highly recommend this Eleven photo booth. It's the MOST AFFORDABLE price around Orange County with GREAT SERVICE. I bought everything I needed because I wasn't renting, and I had an idea. However, when I picked up the planning process 2 months prior to our wedding celebration this year, I realized I would need a coordinator. After an initial call w/Kandyce, I knew I wanted to go with S2N. Kandyce, Meghan, and Stephanie were was one of the best parts of our day! With my type-A personality, they executed my vision FLAWLESSLY. I had so many things I worried about, and come day of, they gave me peace of mind. Kandyce was so organized and made sure things ran smoothly, Meghan was so attentive to our needs, and Stephanie operated like a ninja that nothing was ever missing or ever not taken care of. Our meal service took a little longer than expected, but Kandyce and Meghan easily adjusted the schedule to make sure everything still ran smoothly.
