Need a reputable reliable Locksmith ? I did and on Thursday Feb 16th I contacted DYNO Locksmiths and am I glad I did. They were SUPERB !! I had being let down badly by another unnamed local locksmith company the previous day. The 5 way locking system on the front door disintegrated as I was leaving my brothers house. I have to congratulate Dyno on their handling of my call. I was no doubt quite emotional when I called them, I was stuck in my brothers house since the day before, my sister in law is due her first baby any minute and my brother was undergoing critical surgery in Beaumont and I could not leave the house as it had no lock or other exit. I had already been left with an open door overnight and the first company expected me to wait possibly another night before they could do the job. Unacceptable under the circumstances. I had to get someone else soonest to do the job. Dyno's response was immediate, calm, positive, my details were taken by Barry and then logged by Michelle and within 20 minutes they had a locksmith (Cliff) on the way to me in Santry. They completed the job in under 2 hours, minor carpentry work was required compared to the HUGE JOB the other company quoted me. Their vehicles arrived so well equipped too ! An Easter Sunday is not the ideal time for your front door lock to break... I rang a couple of locksmiths and chose Dyno-locks to do the job. This was because of Barrys answers to my questions on phone about solving the problem, the time involved and giving me a cost estimate. These were clear, convincing and responsive. The locksmith Pugal Ellaia was the fitter sent out to site and he arrived within the hour which was great. He listened to my questions and concerns and came up with a clever solution for replacing the old lock that avoided altering the architectural character of the original traditional timber door. His work was precise, done efficiently and was really tidy. All within the estimate quoted. His experience, skill and professionalism was evident from his approach to me, the solution discussed and how he went about his work - all really good. Called Dyno locks early one morning at 7am to open a front door as my elderly parent had walk out to put the rubbish bag into the wheel bin to find that the door had closed behind her. Not knowing what to do she call me from her neighbours and I in turn called Dyno Locks. They had turned up with in the time they had sated (30 minutes) and managed to have the door open within a few minutes. My parent was very grateful as she was not only cold but very tried and stressed by the whole experience. This is the letter I sent in about Dynolocks Dear Sir, I'm taking the time to type this letter because I was so impressed with the service I received from Ken Lynch yesterday. Not only did he replace my keys, he did it on time and when he said he would. He was also very considerate in arranging a location for payment that was easier for me to get to. In a country that has no concept of customer service, it was refreshing to deal with someone who kept appointment times and was of the highest professional standards. Got locked out the house very early in the morning by leaving a key on the inside of a Garrisson Euro lock, rushing to to the airport and a bit distracted. On return to the house I contacted Dyno Locks at about 0540 and spoke to a very helpful guy who offered good advice and pricing options. Went for coffee and buns and returned to house to meet Dyno locksmith at 0820. He opened the door in seconds with no damage which was frightening, and discussed best option re the euro lock, ie thumb roller or key on inside.
