I had Agerta as my stylist, and she's so sweet and attentive. She gave me a cut, a blow dry, a flat-iron, and a brow wax. The price for everything was a great deal compared to other salons. Even though this salon is out of the way for me, I plan to return to see Agerta again.

I've been seeing Riva since 2018/2019 and haven't had my hair touched by anyone since. The reason I…read moredecided to spend money by going here was I had gone elsewhere for a light chestnut brown balayage and it ended up being botched. My hair was left with streaky highlights for a $150 job. After crying for a few days and researching the next move, I found Mystique and decided that healthy hair is an investment. I go 1-2 times a year and don't even tell her what I want anymore. They're all so knowledgable and take into account what looks best for you while also hearing what you want. I've never seen anyone walk out disappointed. I've had 3 other friends go there for haircuts and would recommend anyone who's able to afford it. I'm a student and budget my trips to here and never feel like I'm pressured into buying other services. Riva has been so kind, gentle, and supportive. The location: It's so beautifully decorated. The girls always offer coffee, tea, water. There's chocolates everywhere for you to snack on. It's such a "girlfriend hangout" vibe Service: 10/10, truly worth the money. Budget for it and you won't need to return for another year. I ask to stay "natural looking" and Riva ALWAYS delivers. Best place to see their results are checking out their instagram page!

So happy to have found Lida that I keep coming back, even though she costs more than my regular hair stylist. I really can't stress how great Lida is. If you have thick, curly, wavy hair... she will have it looking straighter than a Brazilian or keratin treatment. I speak from experience. I get so many compliments after my blow outs with her. I even bought the same flat iron as her but she has the magic touch! She's a gem.

I have been coming to this salon for many years solely because of my hairdresser, Anna, who has…read morebeen doing my hair for 25+ years. She does a fabulous job, and I am completely satisfied with her work. In fact, I drive approximately 45 minutes each way because I trust her with my hair. Unfortunately, my experiences with the owner's son have been the complete opposite. I find him extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming, and lacking in basic customer service. When you walk into a salon--especially one in such a competitive industry--you should feel appreciated as a customer, not as though the business is doing you a favor by allowing you to be there. Today, when I went to pay, he informed me that I had supposedly been undercharged during my previous visit and added approximately $15-$20 to my bill. I was honestly taken aback. I explained that I paid exactly what I was asked to pay at my last appointment. If the salon made an error when calculating my bill, how is that the customer's fault? He was very rude and dismissive about the entire situation and never even clearly explained what I had supposedly been undercharged for. I paid the additional amount without arguing and left, but the whole interaction left a very bad taste in my mouth. For a business, absorbing a $15-$20 mistake made by its own staff would have been a small price to pay compared with making a longtime customer feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is especially disappointing considering that the cost of my services has nearly doubled over the past two years. I have continued coming because I value Anna and the beautiful work she does, but after today's experience, I am genuinely reconsidering whether I want to return. You simply should not treat loyal customers this way. If it weren't for Anna, I would not step foot in this salon again.

Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted by Meher, who asked if we needed help and proceeded to guide us to what we were looking for. Yesterday, I booked a makeup appointment at Ulta Beauty in Farmington Hills with Kamia B. for my…read moredaughter's graduation makeup. In the appointment notes, I specifically stated that the makeup was for a graduation, and when my daughter sat down in the chair, she also clearly requested a natural look. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The appointment took over an hour, which immediately concerned me because professional makeup applications I've experienced in the past for senior pictures and prom were completed much more efficiently and looked flawless. Instead, my daughter came home with extremely heavy makeup, thick black eyeliner, overly dark brows drawn in with black pencil despite her having brown hair, and a dramatic smoky eye look that was completely inappropriate for the soft, natural graduation look she requested. To make matters worse, the foundation did not match her skin tone at all. She looked extremely washed out in person and in photos. We ended up having to completely wash off her face before graduation and only kept the lashes because the eyeliner was so difficult to remove. I truly do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially regarding someone's work, but for a $90 service, I expected much better professionalism, technique, and attention to the client's requests. My daughter should have felt beautiful and confident for such an important milestone, and instead we were left stressed and scrambling to fix the makeup ourselves before graduation. I would recommend going to Ulta for products, but unfortunately I would not recommend booking makeup services with this artist based on our experience.

Didn't bother to call me to ask if I was okay or on my way. Literally tried to scam me by charging me twice, even though they had my deposit in case I was a "no show".
