We were also pleasantly surprised just a few weeks ago when another contractor discovered water in our crawlspace. The man from Palm Springs was here in no time at all. He a little less than an hour here, advised us he found no leaks, and said that we just needed to re-caulk around our shower stall. Last night we had temperatures in the teens, and we suspected we may have had a pipe under the house to freeze and break, so we called PSP and asked them to check it out. A real live person answered the phone and scheduled one of their men someone to come check things out. We are now satisfied and established customers. When we have any kind of plumbing issue we call no one but Palm Springs Plumbing. I highly recommended anyone within an hour's drive from Alto.
