This company is a nightmare to deal with…read more We hired them to drill a water well. You have to pay $750 up front, but that doesn't get you a date for drilling. No. That just puts you in limbo. Once they have your money, they've got you, and everything will be at their convenience from then on. They will jack you around by refusing to give a solid date or even week when they will come out to drill. We waited six weeks. Finally, we get a date, but it kept changing with the driller making up one excuse after another why he couldn't do it. We had to take off from work, only to discover the driller didn't want to do show up. I later learned this is because the drillers pick up extra side jobs from people who haven't paid the $750 up front and do them before the customers who paid and are waiting! You can't get anywhere when you call the office. The women are rude and treat you like you're a demanding diva when you---shock! horror!--- request a solid work date. The operations manager is useless. He is oblivious to what is going on and couldn't care less how dissatisfied or inconvenienced the customer is. They did eventually drill, but it cost us a lot more money in terms of lost wages, etc, and it was a hassle. And they didn't give us a driller report because the state doesn't require one for dry holes. (You still need one, it gives you geological information on what's under your land for if and when you chose to drill again.) Save yourself a huge headache, and extra expenses and don't bother dealing with this awful company. UPDATE: A friend hired AOC to drill a well in his yard. They kept putting off the date like they did us, finally they showed up without warning when he had to go to work. He came back home to find his driveway completely covered in mud.

We were and continue to be so impressed with this company, most especially Richie and Fluffy!…read moreRichie was able to reset phones and desktop, after many, many hours of hard work. My fiancée has Alzheimer's and had locked himself out of all his devices and Richie patiently, compassionately, worked diligently to help us find solutions. This has been one of the hardest reviews to write because the superlatives are endless! Richie was able to find work-arounds in a very difficult situation. Richie thought it would help restore muscle memory and it has! There's a lot more wonderful accolades to say but if you're looking for affordable, professional and efficient place for all your Apple needs, MacTech is your only stop! They treat everyone who walks through the door like family, showing respect, warmth and care! Better service, you'll not find. We are so grateful to Richie, Fluffy (in-house emotional support pup) and the entire staff, thank you!! Big hugs to Fluffy, too :)

AS GOOD AS IT GETS! MY TOP RECOMMENDATION!…read more After striking out with several contractors/handymen, I contacted Junk Busting for help with converting our outdoor shed into a home gym space for the family. They absolutely hit it out of the park! Not only did they deliver an exceptional end product, the customer service was second to none. The unfinished interior was completely transformed - finished, freshly painted walls with insulation; window and floor trim; and updates to the door to name a few. On the exterior, bad siding was removed and replaced, and a fresh coat of durable, weather resistant paint was applied. Furthermore, the customer service was terrific! Devonie was an absolute delight to work with. She was a proactive communicator with an incredible vision for the space well beyond what I thought was possible. Furthermore, she executed it on a limited budget and quick timeline. Attention to detail by her and the rest of the crew were spot on. I highly recommend contacting these folks if you have a project. There is no doubt they maximized our investment. I very much look forward to enjoying this newly renovated space for years to come!
