We then had a few more consultations with DJ TN as he walked us through the timeline, music selection, and MC services. The website had a lot of forms to fill out which helped us stay organized for items such as music playlists, bridal party/family names, and special dances etc. DJ TN helped us navigate through our timeline and coordinated with our photographer, videographer, and day of coordinator to ensure everything was seamless and naturally transitioned throughout the event. He also gave us great suggestions on bridal entrance ideas, and how to open the dance floor without making it feel awkward. He was professional throughout the entire process and reduced the amount of stress while we were working with over a dozen vendors. During the ceremony, he had us mic'd up and the amplified audio was perfect without having any issues. Elizabeth was already booked on our date, so her staff assigned for our wedding was Gabe. Throughout the planning process we stayed in communication and even had an onsite meeting at our venue (which was over an hour away for both of us), where we were able to determine where he would be set up, discuss the wedding timeline, and troubleshoot any issues in advance as we would obviously be preoccupied on the wedding day. This was great to have. Gabe provided a super easy template to fill out for songs and for odd songs, we were able to provide a link to YouTube to ensure it was the correct one. He was even able to make a custom change to our reception entrance song to make it work perfectly for our entrance without it being awkward. On the day of, Gabe was nothing but professional but also super fun. A DJ was the hardest vendor for us to book, because it's hard to find someone who can read a crowd, have fun, be professional, play the right songs, and not be cheesy. We had a few sound issues during set up but thankfully Gabe planned to arrive a few hours early for set up and was able to work out everything before the ceremony and reception! He did great as an MC and everyone loved him. We honestly didn't think we'd have a big group of people dancing at the reception, and I couldn't believe that pretty much everyone there was on the dance floor until the last minute! We loved that Gabe truly mixed all of his songs and didn't just play a song from start to finish so we got a huge variety of music and more songs during our reception.
