(main reason I am driving far to that center). Only a good management like Uma, can run a center smoothly and with happy returning parents/kids. My son now 8yro has been going there for about 2.5 years now (started when he was 5) and it has been extremely excited about coding. He just finished his Python camp and watching his presentation and amount Phyton codes he wrote at this age - making me proud and feel my money and time (for commute as we live far to that center) worth it. My daughter 5 is starting robotic camp next week and I am excited for her exposure to STEAM.

Instructors: We've had both Olivia N. and Olivia P. and they're both fantastic. They're patient, encouraging and great with the toddlers. It's not uncommon to see a little one wanting to stay close to one of the instructors, which says a lot about how comfortable and safe they make the children feel. Cost: Pricing is comparable to other toddler ballet programs in the area. They also have some great promos, including unlimited classes through August, a free tutu with first-month enrollment and military discounts. Scheduling & Logistics: Scheduling online is easy, make-up classes are available and there are no annual registration or hidden fees. Parking: Free & convenient parking is available right in front of the studio. On a more personal note, our oldest daughter went through a difficult medical journey where she experienced severe frontal lobe volume loss and significant memory challenges. During her recovery, her neurology team encouraged us to find an activity that could help rebuild memory and strengthen new neural pathways. We decided to try Step x Step, and it has been one of the biggest blessings for her healing. The team met her exactly where she was, encouraged her with patience and compassion, and helped her rediscover confidence in herself. She has grown so much--not only as a dancer but as a person. It's been a while since my original review, and coming back here recently felt incredibly…read morenostalgic. Over 10 years ago, I brought my son Brody here to learn how to swim. Fast forward to today, and he's now a swim coach here and absolutely loves it. There's something really special about seeing things come full circle. He remembered his experience here so fondly that he decided to apply for a job, and now he's thriving in a place that once helped him grow and build confidence in the water. The environment here has always been welcoming and family-focused, and it's clear they continue to create positive experiences for both kids and staff. They're lucky to have Brody, and he's certainly lucky to be part of such a great team. I still highly recommend the noon and family swim sessions - they're such a fun way for families to enjoy the pool together.

She was initially somewhat…read morehelpful, but throughout our interaction her demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional. We were simply trying to clarify makeup classes, scheduling, and our previously stated preference for a female instructor, but we felt rushed rather than helped, and several of our questions were not clearly addressed. We also tried calling the facility while standing there and the front-desk phone was not ringing properly. After initially being told she did not know what was happening, the issue was eventually acknowledged when the call came through. This was a noticeable contrast to our experiences with Miss Chloe and Coach Rayne, who have consistently been friendly, patient, and accommodating. Unfortunately, our interaction with Coach Jezelle left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated.

In just 8 sessions, Coach Dave helped him learn the foundations of swimming with so much patience, encouragement, and professionalism. We continued lessons with him, and 6 months later Archer is now like a little fish in the water What really stands out is Coach Dave's dedication and ability to connect with kids. He makes lessons fun while still building strong technique, confidence, and water safety skills. You can genuinely tell he cares about every child's progress.

I could do fine in water - could easily swim, as in not die when thrown in deep water. But I wanted to learn to swim laps/distance for triathlons and exercise and just could not figure it out. And I just could not find the right swim instructor or class for this. There's brand-new-to-water classes that teach you not to die in the water. And then there are classes that teach you to improve your technique in certain strokes. I was stuck in the middle - just could not figure out how to do the freestyle breathing right to even start swimming laps. I tried a couple different instructors, both of whom were probably good college swimmers, and they just had no real insight or experience with struggling to breathe. Enter Dave. In one session, he'd taught me 3x as much as multiple sessions with previous instructors and solo practice had taken me. By session 2, was up to being able to at least swim some short back-and-forths. Things got easier each session, and I left the initial package of lessons I bought feeling comfortable in the pool. Have since made a lot of progress, including some long open-water swims in the ocean. All thanks to Dave's great instruction.
