My son now 8yro has been going there for about 2.5 years now (started when he was 5) and it has been extremely excited about coding. He just finished his Python camp and watching his presentation and amount Phyton codes he wrote at this age - making me proud and feel my money and time (for commute as we live far to that center) worth it. My daughter 5 is starting robotic camp next week and I am excited for her exposure to STEAM.

My goal was not only to help her develop motor skills, but also to give her a chance to socialize and for me to meet other moms, as we are new to the area. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the experience felt very unwelcoming. We showed up to class and no one greeted us. I introduced myself to the instructor and the group and was met with blank stares. I even asked if I could enter the gated area to participate at the start of class, and again received no response. Trying to break the ice, I made a light comment about noticing everyone had their shoes off and asked where I should place my belongings. The instructor, Clarissa, responded coldly with "no shoes allowed," without any further guidance or welcome. Once we got settled, the class itself actually had a nice structure. I appreciated the variety of activities and how it helps introduce young children to a ballet studio environment. Even though my daughter was a bit too young for some parts, I could see the potential value of the program. However, the lack of warmth and basic courtesy completely overshadowed that. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. At the end of class, I left right away because I didn't feel welcomed enough to stay and socialize with the other moms. As I was gathering my things, Clarissa approached me only to hand me a "first class" promotional flyer without any conversation, feedback, or acknowledgment. I had really hoped this would be a place where both my daughter and I could feel comfortable, build connections, and return regularly. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Our daughter has really come into her own as an actor since beginning her training with Coach Mike! She has learned so much and grown tremendously. There are two levels of membership, the required one, which has an annual fee approaching $500, and which only allows up to six visits per year, and the unlimited one with an annual fee nearing $700. When people buy in this area, they are adequately informed of their future financial obligations. The facility is quite nice, the other members are generally friendly and most of the lower level staff are equally friendly and capable. There exists two pool areas, one reserved for seniors, adequate shade, and also an ok fitness facility. There are areas for children, many tennis and pickleball courts, meeting rooms, and several annual family picnic events. Of late, many of the required members, who often moved here when the annual rate was much lower, have been unhappy with the cost for something they do not use, and if they did, it would be around $80 per visit, while the enhanced members can attend daily if they so please, possibly at as low a rate as $2 per visit. I understand the need for funding of the physical plant and of adequate reserves for future expenses, and would not personally use the facilities much anymore, as 80 is in my rear view, but think that the board should consider an increase in the allowed annual allowed number of visits equal on a percentage basis to the lat ten years of financial obligatory increases. This might mitigate some of the current unhappiness. And no, I don't wish to serve on the board of directors. Been there, done that.

RBSTC is an old HOA membership only club (for people that live in the community). It is dated, crowded, and very guarded with partitions, fences/gates to separate different activities. They are very strict with tracking and making sure guests are checked in properly. You feel like you're visiting a friend in prison with all the info and form that you have to fill out and sign. But once you get through the check point, the facility is quite nice with swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, batting cages, etc. Pickleball is the latest craze and is very popular among club members. RBSTC has 8 pickleball courts to accommodate the demands. The courts are nicely surfaced and maintained. However, the center fences are too close to one side of the back courts which hindered your movement and serves. It's great that the courts have lights so you can play at night. But they should upgrade to LED lights for better visual and to enhance play.

The costumes are always tasteful, the choreography is consistently age-appropriate in a world that tends to push kids to grow up too quickly, and--most importantly--our girls look forward to dance every single week. On a more personal note, our oldest daughter went through a difficult medical journey where she experienced severe frontal lobe volume loss and significant memory challenges. During her recovery, her neurology team encouraged us to find an activity that could help rebuild memory and strengthen new neural pathways. We decided to try Step x Step, and it has been one of the biggest blessings for her healing. The team met her exactly where she was, encouraged her with patience and compassion, and helped her rediscover confidence in herself. She has grown so much--not only as a dancer but as a person. It's been a while since my original review, and coming back here recently felt incredibly…read morenostalgic. Over 10 years ago, I brought my son Brody here to learn how to swim. Fast forward to today, and he's now a swim coach here and absolutely loves it. There's something really special about seeing things come full circle. He remembered his experience here so fondly that he decided to apply for a job, and now he's thriving in a place that once helped him grow and build confidence in the water. The environment here has always been welcoming and family-focused, and it's clear they continue to create positive experiences for both kids and staff. They're lucky to have Brody, and he's certainly lucky to be part of such a great team. I still highly recommend the noon and family swim sessions - they're such a fun way for families to enjoy the pool together.

In just 8 sessions, Coach Dave helped him learn the foundations of swimming with so much patience, encouragement, and professionalism.
