After calling around, Burdine & Associates offered me the best deal. Plus, they have surveyed my land before the house was built. Ding, ding, ding. Winner! They came, surveyed the land & demarcated the boundaries using paint, wooden posts & a metal spike in the ground. They sent me several copies of the survey. Not being knowledgable with the terminology, they took the time to explain to me what those terms meant. Now, that's what I call great customer service!
