Brandon worked with me to compare my home and auto policies between the two companies. He was very honest and straight-forward regarding the pros and cons throughout the comparison. At the end of the day, I took the leap to switch companies, and I have been very pleased. His staff is extremely helpful and kind. Brandon is the type of man who will work hard for you, and who will be around in the years to come to take care of me and my family! Call and see for yourself.

It's not hard to just be nice and show customer service but somehow she comes off as entitled or thinking she is better than others. It's just insurance it shouldn't be this hard to deal with her. She couldn't understand simple questions when I asked how to get aces to my own account during a separation. And refused me access. Eventually I found out by another State Farm location there were plenty of things she could have done. Who knows if she knows what she is doing or that she could have. Dealing with her having an attitude or not understanding what you are asking. My soon to be ex said she was always a bitch in every interaction with her. Needless to say my soon to be ex didn't pay our insurance as agreed to while we were separated and now I have to deal with non payment on auto insurance. And some how it's my fault for him changing the passwords and address with her as he was the main account holder but I'm not allowed to get access to the account but still my fault for not calling. Even though I did and she said I couldn't kick him off his own account. After asking how can I make sure the payment is made on a separate account or separate access. I'm filling a report with the Missouri Department of commerce and insurance. Go with someone who is more experienced.

I would call a different agency. Sadly I called about insurance services trying to find out…read moreinformation on the types of insurance they offered, simply because the few agencies I reached out to before them only did life insurance so before I wasted anyone's time I asked the lady who answered the front phone. If they offered homeowners and renters insurance etc... after a five minute pause the lady responded with duh this is a insurance office. That's so rude and unprofessional don't assume people know exactly what your agent offers. After that she was super snobby and didn't want to give me any information to help me out. The agent might be great but his employee was trash.

When my internet-based…read morebusiness (now my sole day job) started to take off they advised I set up a Kansas S-Corporation and guided me through all the steps necessary to get up and running and registered with the government, ultimately saving me a lot of money in the process. I couldn't be happier with the job they've done and the advice they've provided. I can send an email any day of the week and know I'll receive a prompt response if I have a question about anything related to my business or personal taxes. I receive reminders about things like quarterly filings and other tax matters that otherwise I'd be fairly clueless about. Trust me on this: I'm very good at running my small corporation and it's very successful, but I suck at doing taxes. Fortunately, R&A make me look like I really know what I'm doing when tax time rolls around. This is the way it should be. Of all of the service providers I've dealt with in Lawrence in 30 years of living here I'd have to rank R&A among the very highest. If you're looking for a top-notch company to handle your taxes I don't see how you could do any better.
