It's not hard to just be nice and show customer service but somehow she comes off as entitled or thinking she is better than others. It's just insurance it shouldn't be this hard to deal with her. She couldn't understand simple questions when I asked how to get aces to my own account during a separation. And refused me access. Eventually I found out by another State Farm location there were plenty of things she could have done. Who knows if she knows what she is doing or that she could have. Dealing with her having an attitude or not understanding what you are asking. My soon to be ex said she was always a bitch in every interaction with her. Needless to say my soon to be ex didn't pay our insurance as agreed to while we were separated and now I have to deal with non payment on auto insurance. And some how it's my fault for him changing the passwords and address with her as he was the main account holder but I'm not allowed to get access to the account but still my fault for not calling. Even though I did and she said I couldn't kick him off his own account. After asking how can I make sure the payment is made on a separate account or separate access. I'm filling a report with the Missouri Department of commerce and insurance. Go with someone who is more experienced.
