This year the Professional Assistant, Laura Brown, has taken over my care, and she is incredible! Laura is caring, kind, patient, and truly listens to my concerns. She has prescribed medications that have benefitted my health attending to refills as needed in a timely manner. Laura is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her practice. If necessary, she sends me to other specialists, keeping track of my progress. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Center Point Family Medicine of Colorado Springs, and of course of Laura Brown. She has been wonderful and caring and has helped me when I was ill, prescribing what is best for medical my needs. This is the absolute worst medical "care" facility in Fountain. My girls have come down with fevers and flu like symptoms, and the earliest they could be seen was in two weeks! What kind of doctor's office doesn't set aside time for walk in patients? Also, you cannot call the actual office to set up an appointment. You have to call a scheduling number where the staff there are equally as rude as the secretaries in the office. It's a complete nightmare from start to finish, and the "care" patients receive isn't that great, either. They make you arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment (or they can cancel if you don't show up in that time frame) and then you wait, and wait and wait past your appointment time and beyond. The doctors rush through your symptoms and history and then usher you out with no care plan. It's a disgrace! Avoid at all costs!!

This clinic is terrible. One year for my annual exam I spent over a half hour in the waiting room…read more(even though I was on time) and 5 minutes at the most talking to the doctor. During this visit, none of the staff even mentioned that I had been to an urgent care facility within the prior 6 months, even though I noted it on my check-in form (which means they either didn't notice or didn't care). After my last annual wellness exam I was charged for 2 additional services which I did not even want in the 1st place and that the nurse completed without informing me beforehand that they were not included with my exam (had I been made aware of this I would have declined both as I didn't need either one). After playing phone tag with the billing department for 4 months, all they were willing to do to correct their mistake was to take off the lesser charge (which was less than $20) and split the remaining charge (which was over $100) in half, leaving me responsible to pay the remaining amount. I was told they were working with their staff to inform patients beforehand when a procedure will incur further charges, which means I am not the 1st patient they have done this kind of thing to. This place clearly cares more about getting your money than about providing quality healthcare and I will definitely not be going back here again. If it were possible to leave zero stars I would.
