This year the Professional Assistant, Laura Brown, has taken over my care, and she is incredible! Laura is caring, kind, patient, and truly listens to my concerns. She has prescribed medications that have benefitted my health attending to refills as needed in a timely manner. Laura is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her practice. If necessary, she sends me to other specialists, keeping track of my progress. Most recently we had something pop up that was infected and needed lancing. NP Zitz carefully determined whether it was something she could handle there, and she ended up getting it done quickly. The nurse was on hand to help calm down my child during the procedure and did a great job. Two days later you couldn't even tell where the "boo boo" was because it had healed so nicely.
