They told me not unless the friend had my i.d., which they couldn't get, me being 4 hours away. On the 7th day, I got the body shop to request it. They so enjoyed charging: $595 ($85 x 7,) they gruffed that it was all my fault: "I had alcohol in the back seat in a cooler." Then, hung up on me. Rude, ridiculous, unrepentant. Worse than worst.

They showed up at 11 with their rollback and backed it down our driveway. The driver was very nice and professional. He was very careful with our very low to the ground car and made sure it didn't scrape the ground or the bed of the truck.. We appreciate that very much since we try to take good care of our cars. Overall an excellent experience and know who to call the next time one of our vehicles needs a lift.

Searching for towing companies near Verona, VA I came up with a few results. The one company…read more(Cash's Towing) said the number was no longer in service. The second company (Nate's Roadside Service) went to voicemail. The third company (AMG Towing and Recovery) answered my call. My North Star Sportstar III broke its axle after 1,400 miles holding 2,100 of its 3,000 load limit 120 miles from home. AMG's rollback handled it perfectly and the driver was very conscious of making sure the load (with three ATV's) was stable. Very polite and IMO was a reasonable price for a tow. I definitely recommend them!
