We intend to have him back to do the other 1/2 of our basement and possibly a sofa as well after the holidays. Thanks John

He was calm and reassuring as he walked me through the quoting process, and, if I'm honest, he sold me on using this company. They made what could've been a terrifyingly stressful experience into a fun (yes, I said fun) time, including helping me figure out where to put my things in my new place. Both our furniture and carpets came out perfectly clean and smelling fresh. We will definitely use their services in the future.

I could not disagree more with these reviews prior to this one. Sterling Superior has been a…read moreconsistently excellent garbage service to my community and my family personally for years now. So much so, that my young boys have even befriended their favorite Garbage man (Roy), who never forgets to wave to my sons and make their little hearts day every time he picks up our trash. Not once in my 5 years since moving to the area and receiving trash pick up from Sterling Superior have I ever experiences any rudeness in ANY manner or any miscommunications/ missed trash day pick-ups. This company has always been extremely professional, consistently reliable, and quick-to-service with total poise and friendliness! The reason for my review today was due to my completely felt satisfaction upon Sterling's picking up of my family's trash today and my family's shown happiness, as well as our garbage's clean and quick removal per usual, prompted myself to go onto Yelp and finally provide a review that this company deserves after years of loyal service to my household. However, I was in total shock towards these negative and absolutely MISREPRESENTING reviews on here....... I would have to fully and totally disagree with any negative reviews towards Sterling Superior due to my personal experiences being absolutely wonderful and so much so, that I truly felt the need to leave a complimentary review on this companies consistent professionalism, friendliness, and respect towards their work and customers, as well as even my small boys. Thank you Sterling Superior!!!!! :)
