Bryan, who has 30+ years of experience, is very patient and took the time to explain the nuts and bolts of a house to us novice first time buyers. Over time we realized that we were getting the best of both Melanie and Bryan. Bryan was great at retrieving all pertinent details (including floor plans), understanding what our needs were and was able to tell if the plans would fit our needs and help us navigate each property visit. A few days later I found 2-3 Centre realty agents posted my properties on apartments.com as if they were the listing agents, they used my photos, my property address, but wrote up their own descriptions, of course listed their contact info. I emailed all of them ask them to remove these listings, they did. Many other websites like hotpad.com Trulia.com have my listing searchable on their website, but the contact info is mine. Some websites called me and asked my permission to list my properties on their websites, but this centre realty just represented me without my permission and stole my photos.
