I needed a backyard clean up, with clearing out weeds, edging, removal, ect. Doug and Desire were great communicators , arrived on time and were so friendly and helpful. Doug did great work and took time for detail and clean up. My yard looked amazing when he was done! He did a great job and will use again! I have hired DWD services. Upon first calling the company to get a quote the owner Doug showed up on the same day to walk the yard with me and check it out. And he and his people were real prompt about getting to work as soon as they were hired. I pointed out the things that I needed/ wanted done around the yard and in the rock beds. Doug even suggested other things he would be willing to do too. Then they got to work on it. And always to my satisfaction. My yard and rock beds are among the best on the block now. I have nothing but good things to say. They do quality yard work, they have attention to detail, and a good work ethic. They even put the rocks back up over the landscaping paper where they slide down and expose that gray paper underneath around the house. Yeah they fixed that too. I feel happy knowing that I'm employing a family run business. It's Doug his two brothers doing the labor and his wife runs the calendar and books. I like that I can pay them through an app on my phone too. They always maintain the 6 feet of distance rule with social distancing standards and they all wear a face mask and that made us feel good and safe when interacting. There's no weeds in my rocks, there's no weeds in my grass, my grass is always mowed and looking it's best. To top that the trees and bushes are maintained and various other things like fertilizer and weed / grass control in all the right spots. I really just have to water it. Over the course of a few days, they kept giving me days/times when they'd try to come over to see what work needed to be done and give me a quote. Each time they failed to show, so I eventually told them to forget about it. read more
