If you happen to need a sewer line repair, look not further than North Georgia Inliners! I had to…read morehave a repair made to our sewer lateral. the line is 10 - 15 FEET under ground, and if I hadn't used North Georgia Inliners, I'd have had to get a company to dig up the front yard to repair the line. That would have destroyed driveway, sidewalk, lawn, and landscaping. Thanks for North Georgia Inliners, the repair was made "inside" the line using fiberglass and epoxy. The repair took only one day and made minimal mess in our yard. We had to have 4 small shrubs removed to allow the company to access the cleanout, but we replanted those easily the next day. We now have a wonderfully clean and super smooth sewer line running from the house to the end of the driveway. North Georgia Inliners did all the work from the 4" cleanout, and that's pretty incredible when you see what they did. They even gave us a video recording of the line before and after as a reference. I would not hesitate to use this company if you need a sewer line repair.

I can not thank Robert Camp from Atlantis Plumbing enough for handling my plumbing emergency within…read morehours. We had an unexpected leak happen with our kitchen sink and Robert was able to effectively and efficiently locate the leaks and correct the issues. Not only that but he was able to help me gain more knowledge of my plumbing system as a first time home owner. Robert was able to answer all the questions I had In regards to ongoing concerns I had prior to him coming out to my home. Furthermore, I am so pleased with how my call was quickly handled by the young lady who dispatched my case. She seemed genuinely concerned about my issue and got back to me within minutes to inform me that Robert was on the way. While I did reach out to two other emergency plumbing companies before finding Atlantis. Atlantis Plumbing was the only company that took my situation as serious as I did and made sure to dispatch out someone to me in a hurry. Again, I can't say thank you all enough!

With water spraying into the closet, we quickly called around looking for a 24-hour plumber with decent ratings. Several of the more recognizable names in the area were not 24-hour, but Atlantis dispatched Tony S. with a 40-minute arrival time. Tony arrived, quickly assessed the situation and got the water shut off. Then, he went to work to replace the section of pipe. Suspecting a pressure problem, he ran those checks as well, ultimately finding the burst section of pipe was old and had weak or damage spots and the pressure was fine. He did point out some changes we might consider (previous owner had self-installed this water heater), but there was no high-pressure or dire warnings just to secure more work. Now, it was an emergency fix in the middle of the night, so I won't say it was cheap, but not sure what plumbing service is these days - we recently had other plumbing work done by another company & our jaw dropped at that bill. Tony was fast, friendly and got us back in business. We may have a new go-to plumber.

We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, and after spending some time looking over reviews and investigating different options, I landed on XSI Disaster services. Within 1 hour of calling Greg was at my home, and he even correctly diagnosed the issue (which the certified plumber had missed!). He put a plan in place, stayed in contact with both me and my insurance company, and remained honest and ethical throughout the entire process. Austin was also incredibly kind and went out of his way to take care of us. From securing the contractors, mitigating the water damage, and to CLEANING UP EVERY LAST BIT OF DRYWALL DUST (this is huge to me), Greg and Austin made sure we were happy and felt good about each step of the process. I would highly recommend this team. They helped to correct a chaotic situation and got us back to normal quickly and easily.

When I discovered that it was still present, I called Dan back. He came to my home the next day, went up into the attic, climbed on my roof, noticed a leak (totally unrelated to my phantom visitor) and applied sealant. He was thorough, so friendly and I felt safe (which is important!). He went above and beyond to find the source of the critter, and again, while doing so advised me of other situations at my home (i.e., the leak). When I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing...because he wasn't able to find the squirrel/bird/? That is excellent customer service. If I were to review myself, however, I would get not even one star. Dan and I talked about other things he does and we thought he would be a good fit re: doing some side work as he is a craftsman as well. I reached out several times and never received a response. I thought it was really odd because we talked about other plans for my house...I was really excited! I finally realized that I forgot to send him $$$ for the time he spent and effort he went to find the source of the activity in my home and for climbing around on top of my roof and applying sealant to when the leak was. In closing, I'll reiterate that Dan is great (!) and I need to get back on my Adderall.
