I wish we had a store like this in my hometown. I was calling around for the Sonic seltzers and the lady that answered the phone was SO helpful. She went and checked stock for me as well as answered all my questions. Since I was driving 2 hours to get there since the seltzers aren't in Texas just yet, I had to make sure everything was worth the drive. To be clear, I would give them five stars for their fabulous selection. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience the last time I visited. I'm literally scared to go back. The dark haired lady that started working there this last year drove me away with rudeness and threats this last week. She is a bully and if her attitude is any indication of what she could physically do to someone, I am afraid for this business. I barely said two words as she was too busy telling me to get out of her store. If the owners want context, they should pull video of her treatment to those she chooses to attack. Used to love this place but I dread the day I have to see her again. Now...Reality is that I'm already going back because it's the most convenient place for me. I go very rarely now though. I wrote this review about 2 months ago and I have FINALLY decided to post this. Everyone else working there has been great but this shows how one person changes everything about your comfort level going into their business. read more

They don't allow you to bring children in- which is absurd! I had my toddler on my hip and we were yelled at right when we opened the door. The lady jumped down my throat! Absolutely ridiculous! The lady with the dark hair (not the one in the men's shirt) was extremely rude! She doesn't know where products are and has NO customer service ! read more
