Everything initially seemed fine, and I received an email confirming the details. However, when the van arrived, it was nothing more than a plain, basic vehicle -- the kind you would see transporting people to and from the airport. It was white, with forward-facing seats, and had no luxurious features at all. This van was supposed to transport the wedding party to and from the destination, but because of the company's failure to deliver what was promised, members of the wedding party ended up having to drive themselves 45 minutes to the ceremony and 45 minutes back to the reception. This was a huge inconvenience on what was supposed to be a special day. Furious, I called Chuck Cotton on my wedding day to address the issue and request a refund for the completely misrepresented service. To my disbelief, he flat-out refused to refund any of the nearly $800 I had spent. The lack of accountability and customer service was appalling. I could have easily rented a similar van elsewhere for much less, but I specifically paid for a luxury experience, which I did not receive. I asked the driver to leave immediately, as this was not what I had agreed to. It felt like a complete scam. Horrible experience, poor customer service, and absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere. Do not recommend!

We had trouble finding parking due to the lot being filled with large storage containers…read more Unbeknownst to us, the hotel is currently renovating the lobby which I'm sure will be great once complete, but it's not the best experience for a hotel guest. Upon arriving to our room, we noticed there were several sweet ants crawling on the night stand and on the floor to the entry of the bathroom. We went back to reception and they immediately changed our room. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The pool was smaller, but nice. There was a sign up sheet for access to the pool and you had to request staff to let you into the pool area. They also never kept any towels in the pool so you had to walk to the makeshift lobby dripping wet to request a towel. The construction guys accidentally set off the fire alarm at 8am on Saturday. That's one way to wake up. The breakfast area has been moved in to the small gym space while renovating and there's hardly any room. In addition, they did not keep breakfast well stocked and the toaster broke so options were very slim.
