Whenever I'm in Klamath Falls, I stop at this Dutch Bros for coffee. I'm often the first customer. I always get great service. The baristas are always friendly. The service is 5-star service and my drinks are made well. I just don't love Dutch Bros coffee though, so I can't rate it 5 stars. read more

We stayed at a hotel across the street and we first thought it was a gas station lol. When we realized they sell drinks (coffees), we decided to stop by on our way out upon checking out. We loved that it was a drive thru and overall the service was very fast, you pulled up to the window, placed your order and the order was ready within minutes! I had the Cocomo (coconut mocha with oat milk), hot, and it was DELICIOUS! It was not overly sweetened and certainly better than Starbucks (often I tasted the fake sugar taste and there was an after taste when I had their sweet drinks). Hubby got a frozen/freeze coffee drink and it was really really good too! Their coffee drinks tasted like good coffee drinks, not just novelty coffee drinks with bad coffee. We will certainly get drinks from them again if we're back in Oregon! read more

I love Dutch, but this is ridiculous! It is July 2023 and hospitals don't even require face masks anymore. This location has yet to reopen their walk-up window. This pic shows some poor sap on the left walking up to the drive up window and some lady on the right doing the same with her kids. How disappointing! read more

Love this place! The kids who work here are always very friendly and upbeat. There is usually a line but it goes pretty quickly and they play some good music! I'm not a coffee person, I'm tea so I get the iced chai every time. My kids prefer to try different things and have never been disappointed with anything they have gotten. They have a lot to pick from and the menu is a little confusing because there are different signs all over the place. A frost, a freeze, blended, etc. I don't know about that stuff. There is one drink there that is so good, I have no idea what it is called but it is chocolate and cold. I just asked the girl at the window for something chocolate, cold, no coffee for my son and she gave us this amazing chocolate concoction. I'm sure it must have been 600 calories but a few sips didn't kill anyone! It stick with my chai but that thing will always be my favorite. read more

Holy crap. Just stopped to get some java after several hours of driving. It's 9pm. Have never seen a Dutch Bros. Yelped "Starbucks" locations, thinking that would be the only late-night game in town and results populated one lonely and closed location. Changed parameters to "coffee" and BAM, there they were. Dutch Bros open late and even a 24-hour location. 24 hours of sweet bliss? Navigate. Pulled up to the window and explained that we were Midwest transplants, living in CA, and foreigners to DB. ABBY was our lovely guide through the best of beverages and she didn't disappoint. My bf ordered an iced caramel creation and drank all 24 oz in less than 5 minutes. I told Abby that I usually ordered a hot vanilla latte, and agreed to an additional "mystery flavor". It was pumpkin and it was good! I didn't even like pumpkin, and now my life has changed. The flavors are good, the service is great, and we left with enough energy to make it to Bend. THANK YOU Abby for delivering what Dutch Bros strives to be. We'll be back! read more

We love Dutch Bros but this location is the WORST. Pulled in behind one customer as they were receiving their drink, then sat there for 11 min while three different employees came to the window laughing and chatting with the driver of the car. After 4 cars came and went through the other side of the drive thru we gave a friendly honk reminding them we were waiting and the employee hung her head out the window (with her mask on her chin) and death glared at us and then proceeded to continue talking. We waited another couple minutes then left and grabbed a coffee across the street at Brevada Brewhouse...we highly recommend the "Werthers" SO YUMMY! And always A+++ customer service!! read more

Horrible. We waited in a long line Sunday morning, line moved very slowly. When the car ahead of us pulled up to the window the driver high-fived the guy working there and he leaned over the counter to have a conversation with his friend in the car. Finally after several minutes he acted like he was taking an order, went inside for a few seconds and came back out, leaned over the counter again and continued his conversation. He looked right at us several times. We backed up and left. This moron starred at us like he was mad we were leaving. read more

Terrible slow service! Stopped in at 9:15 on Sunday. Only one car ahead of us. We sat there in line for 10min while the worker kept talking with his friend in the only car in line.They weren't concerned about the growing line behind them! We tried Dutch Brose coffee for the first time since we are visiting from out of town, unfortunately because a family member was at the nearby hospital. We LOVED it. If I could give this Dutch Bros 7 stars, I totally would! The two employees working this morning were great. A girl from Philly whose name I didn't catch and a guy who had dark hair and tattoos- awesome, AMAZING customer service and for someone such as myself who works in the food industry, I was impressed! My boyfriend and I each got a coffee - and both were exactly what we were looking for taste wise. Being from the Seattle area and also anti-Starbucks, we tend to be pretty picky when it comes to our coffee. We would love to see a Dutch Bros back home! Was a little bummed that they didn't have any stickers for sale but we are headed north to Bend and will swing by the coffee house up there as suggested by the barista working. We will be sure to swing by again if we are ever in Klamath Falls in the future! read more

I just left here and the guys working purposely didn't give me my change, I'm guessing cause they wanted a tip, but I always try to tip. There is no need for that. Its bad customer service. Then on top of that, he accidentally gave me one to many stamps on my card so he ripped up my old one and gave me a new one and it's missing a couple stamps. Normally all others are great but this one has messed up my order on 2 occasions. Asked for a caramel latte and got a plain one and didn't realize until I got home and took my baby out of her car seat and took a sip .. Our 2nd experience of Dutch Bros on our road trip from SF. The first was awesome in Eureka. I didn't think the service could be topped but these guys were exceptional. The coffee is amazing. The guy at this stop asked us where we were from, where we were going and was so sweet. I raved about our first experience and he gave us our coffee for free. Excuse me? No way. That never happens. This guy made our day. We've seen a lot of amazing things this trip and our two experiences of Dutch Bros have actually been a highlight. Why can't all customer service be like this? read more
