After a string of pit stops at horrible coffee shops, whether they were local or chain, I am so glad that I was able to give Dutch Bros Coffee a try! This drive-thru coffee stand has a large extensive menu, offering items such as cold brew, freezes, Americanos, teas, energy drinks, smoothies, lemonades, sodas, chai, cocoa, and even seasonal or house specials. I tried their Annihilator, which was a chocolate macadamia nut breve, and this was so so so good! The coffee was sooo creamy and delicious, strong, and had the perfect amount of flavors of the chocolate and the macademic nut. YUM! Service was friendly, and the drive-thru line moved along quickly. Thanks, Dutch Bros! I wish you could open up more locations! +tasty creamy coffees! +friendly service +drive-thru only read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Snickerdoodle extra sweet - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

The drinks here are normally pretty good when you can actually order and make it to the window before your drink is melted and watered down from sitting. I get making a connection to the community and your customer, but wasting other customers time while you're busy chatting up your friends at the window is a crappy way to do business read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Drive thru line..how about less chatting and more drink making - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

Short wait in the morning. Staff was friendly. They did have our orders mixed up. Instead of ordering and waiting at the window. A lady took our order beforehand. So when we got to the window, they were reading a few orders until we confirmed with them which one was ours. Drinks were good - I ordered a Golden Eagle and my parents got a Cocomo. read more

I'm actually not a coffee drinker, but the whole Dutch theme, with the windmill and the painted tulips is adorable. We don't have a Dutch Bros in the South Bay - I think the closest location in the Bay Area might be in Fairfield. There was a location super close to the hotel I was staying at in Klamath Falls, so I decided to try their coffee. The place is a drive thru. I suppose you could walk up to the window to order too, but everyone was in a car. There were ordering windows on two sides. No cars were on the side I drove up to - they were all on the other side. Not sure what that was all about. The barista was very cheerful and friendly. I ordered an iced Annihilator, which is a chocolate macadamia nut coffee. I paid with credit card (via square, which I found out later when my receipt was emailed to me), and the barista handed me a Dutch Mafia card. It's a stamp card where you buy 10 drinks and get the 11th free. And I got my drink pretty quickly, given that there were a bunch of cars on the other side. Let me say again, I'm not a coffee drinker - I don't normally drink it and so I don't know much about it. But the Annihilator was SUPER YUMMY. I really liked it. It was sweet and flavorful. And getting it iced was refreshing. And the cup was so cute with the little painted tulips. I'm a fan. Too bad we don't have one in the South Bay. read more

This is definitely my favorite stand in town. Everyone who works there always seems very genuinely friendly and interested in your day. Plus they just made me the best green tea for my sore throat, who could beat that? read more

Super convenient drive thru design. I wish we had them in SoCal. Service was fantasic.

Love this place, the people that serve you are super sweet and always pleasant. Thank you Dutch Bros. My favorite drink is their 911 yummy

I do loves me some Dutch, and living in the Bay Area I don't get to have it so when I drove up to Oregon for a visit I stopped in. My drink of choice, the Annihilator, is the same as it ever was, and for that I appreciate these guys. They're like the McDonald's of coffee drinks - you always get what you expect at every stand. Sure, they don't offer the greatest coffee drinks in the world, but hey, they're not trying to, and that's a-ok with me. read more

The best service ever. Super friendly. Gave our doggy a treat! She made our drinks quickly and they tasted delicious. Thank you!

Very, very friendly staff - both order-taking outside, and drink service at the window. Both the cold and the hot drinks were great.

Drinks are good but it takes too long to wait your turn. Sometimes in line for 20-30 minutes. I have told their local manager before about that. So if you ar4 looking to get your drink fast Dutch Bros. might not be the place for you. If you are willing to wait 30 minutes sometimes longer for a drink then you won't have a problem. Also the Downtown location can handle 3-4 cars on each side before the line starts to effect the traffic on the street so I recommend the Washburn location or the Campus location. read more

I visited Klamath Falls Dutch brothers on Washburn way several times while I was here visiting family. I normally use the Dutch brothers in Portland Oregon on a regular basis. They always have someone working the line outside so that you never have to wait more than five minutes for coffee. Don't expect to get your coffee in a timely manner at the Washburn way location. I've had to wait approximately 20 minutes each time I've been there. Staff is friendly however it's not worth the wait. Ive watched several cars pull out of line and leave because they got tired of waiting. I saw on a previous yelp posting that the manager is aware of this problem as of last year and did nothing to improve wait times. I would say they need a new manager. Perhaps the owner should be contacted rather than the manager. read more
