He provides very clear communication regardless if you prefer calls/emails/text, and he was very accessible throughout the whole process. This was especially important as we were buying from out of state with the intention of moving to Austin soon. Kiel gave us recommendations for what pricing to start with and helped with negotiations as well as giving a recommendation for a home inspector so that we would be well prepared on the condition of the house during the option period. Negotiations were data-driven with comps in the area and he also provides monthly market analysis. I would definitely recommend Kiel for home buyers!

He helped me sort through my priorities and ultimately find exactly the house I was looking for. Over the years, we regularly kept in touch about the market and my home's value. When it came time for me to move, there was no question that I wanted Carson to be my seller's agent as well. His advice on pre-sale preparation and pricing made a real difference. We received an offer within two weeks, while many other units in my development had been sitting on the market much longer, even after price adjustments. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.

He went over and above again and again. Gary really cares about the clients he serves. I dealt with a number of real estate companies while looking and some would only check certain areas, but not all the areas I wanted to look in. I had at one point, 3 agents from different companies looking in 3 areas because they would not cover everywhere I wanted to look. I work in Georgetown. So wanted to look at places within 30 miles of Georgetown,Tx. (Placing Georgetown in the center of a circle). Some agents were willing to look north of Georgetown but not south.....Gary looked everywhere! He connected with sources to locate potential homes before they even barely came on the internet. He was just amazing to work with! He walked me through each step, even when I was up against another offer on the home I wanted to buy, his advice to me made the difference when the seller chose who's contract to accept. No one could have done more than Gary Hill! If I decide to resale Re/max 1 Cedar Park,Tx will be who I call and I will ask for Gary Hill.

Six months before I was even ready to list, she came out, did the footwork and provided me with estimates, things I could fix, etc. When it came time to sell, I was out of state and she handled everything - maintenance of the house, staging and even hanging out to make sure the work was done. Maybe not daily, but we were constantly in contact about what was happening - she'll even pick up the phone on a Saturday night! Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the person and the house. She will offer suggestions and opinions, but never push for you to do something you don't want to or take an offer that you don't think is right. In short - highly recommended. 5 stars.
