I would not have booked here if I knew I wouldn't be able to but they ASSURED me I could. I've been forced to write here publicly since they BLOCKED my number after I called just twice to try and sort this issue out with them privately. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers! I am very disappointed and upset that they blocked me instead of even issuing an apology for giving me the wrong information. I expect to hear back from someone at Baan Bustaba immediately!
