Not able to go in as the doors were locked during stated business hours. Waste of time. Also phone number is useless. Wish I could give 0

Purchased product from here on 9/13 and on 9/14 product was no longer working. Went back in with receipt and owner was very rude and did not acknowledge the fact that it had been less than 24 hours before this mishap. read more

I'm from out of town, and had been looking for a certain cigar I prefer to smoke. They were hard to find here in Durham. But I found a Great tobacco shop Durham Tobacco Mart on Hillsborough Rd @ LaSalle Rd in the shopping center. Man the young guy in there rocks I didn't get his name but he was very helpful. Told me they placed oders on Wednesday usually got it the next day. So he ordered my cigars and the next day they were there. How awesome is that. Acid cigars are popular but I only like certain ones, so he was able to get them for me. They have my business as long as we are in Durham. read more

I came in here to just get a few things. The man working there was on his phone the entire time. Every time I asked him a question, he wasn't paying attention. It took him a good second to finally realize I was talking to him. Once I checked out, he was playing a game the entire time, not paying one bit of attention to me. Once the receipt printed, he was too into his game that it took him a while to hand it to me. This guy needs to learn to get off of his phone in front of customers. read more
