There was a power shutdown that was supposed to…read morelast only a couple of hours, but it ended up going on all day, which caused me to miss out on a job opportunity While I was yelling at my landlord for not properly informing me the owner of this company approached me from behind and began mocking my job, which was completely unprofessional so I told him to get out of my parking spot which upset him and some words were exchanged between the both of us Shortly after, I overheard him speaking with my landlords and saying he would be willing to falsely claim that I had attacked or threatened him in order to help them eliminate my tenancy if they wanted. Concerned, I went outside and confronted them, letting them know I could hear what was being said. At that point, he called the police and told me "hows your probation officer going to like that"which is completely unfounded and have i never been in trouble with the law. He did end up calling the police, but when they arrived, it was clear there was no issue, and the situation had been unnecessarily escalated Overall, I found this behavior highly unprofessional and concerning. I would strongly caution others based on this experience.

I used these guys in the past and they were great. I do…read morenot know what happened, but the customer service, integrity and quality this time was beyond disgraceful. . The owner was very rude, condescending and disrespectful not to mention dishonest. He did a walk through (via facetime as he couldnt make it to my place), then gives a quote. no contract or guarantee. Has guys come who dont know the quote or what is being moved. in my case they said there truck broke down and they had to rent a UHaul. so they showed ip an hour and a half later which is fine. life will life us. But, the truck was way too small, and would now require two trips. The main gentlemen moving me was full of attitude and annoyed at my items. and in a huge hurry. The way he spoke to me, then tried to give a nice tone, then back to annoyed. My head was spinning and felt very disrespected. He told me right away I had too much stuff. and wanted to know if I was quoted by hour or flat rate. He also was "not aware" of items I had that were to be included (two biked a small little patio table. and bins in my crawl space. all shown in the video to the owner who was not present. They did not handle my items carefully. were not concerned with labels and where to place them. Said "put it anywhere", as they were in a hurry. I am injured and cant move the large boxes myself! which is why i hired them vs renting the Uhaul myself!! And they still charged me $200 over my quote and told me i had "more stuff". when in fact I had a lot less items due to family moving the beds and kids toys as well as myself moving items all day the day before. they did not even have to move a single bed for a two bedroom apartment. when i spoke to the owner he was so rude. he even said to me "what you think its free" when referring to the guys travel time to get to me. And insisted I had more items then I showed him. when i told him to FaceTime me again and I will show him all of the items his guys just moved. He refused. he told me his guys took photos of my home when they were moving. but refused to show me those too. said "ill just keep those to myself". On top of that his guys do not receive tips you leave for them. and his main guy offered for me to e-transfer him a tip directly, because my wallet was in the car and I told them the owner just up charged me $200 which was now out of my budget for tip too. Single mother, temporarily off work for a wrist injury.... and this is the service i got. DO NOT RECOMMEND. my neighbour used Door to Door movers. paid what my original quote was... and had Exceptional customer service. care of items. and a contract! even guaranteeing that if their truck breaks down that they have to rent one at THEIR expense!! My neighbour had amazing experiences on all of his moves and suggested them. but I said I have used Claude before and trusted him. Big mistake. Next time I will make sure I have a contract!!! and I will NOT use this company again. best of luck on your move!
