The dentist was running behind and asked to reschedule me because the dentist was not available. I never received ANY service -- no exam, no cleaning, nothing. I even signed a form at checkout confirming I owed nothing. Despite that, the office deliberately slipped my "bill" onto my husband's account and charged him for both his real treatment and my nonexistent visit. My husband had no idea they combined our charges until AFTER we left the office and talked about what happened. That is deceitful, dishonest, and unethical. When I confronted them, they admitted they were wrong. But the truth is simple: if I hadn't spoken up, they would've happily kept the money they stole. This is not a mistake -- this is shady business practice. This office has zero integrity and cannot be trusted with your health OR your wallet. She communicates very well. Her office staff is excellent and very polite and since I am disabled they come out to my car and greet me and open the doors for me and then walk me back to my car. No other office (medical office or not) has done that for me. In the past, a couple of years ago when I had a dental bill I could not pay all at once, they allowed me to make payments so I could get the dental work I needed. I have no complaints whatsoever about Dr. Jade or her staff. They are all very polite, professional and courteous and in a sincere way, not for show. I began freaking out before the procedure, but Dr. Foreman took the time to explain to me various aspects of the treatment and talked me into proceeding. My pain was addressed at various times during the procedure, and my suffering was quite minimal, as the old amalgam was quickly and completely removed, the gaping tooth hole sterilized, and a perfect state of the art ceramic cap was created in house and bonded to the tooth. Now I have a perfect, beautiful tooth with a modern restoration that may last the remaining decades of my life. Hours later, I am experiencing NO pain. I felt like I was her friend that way she interacted with me. Great personality for a dentist, and by far the best personality I've come across compared to my other dentists. Was quoted $346.00 and got there to find out once I was in chair all Dr Frances Chauvin did was to just fix/fill the corner of my filling that was broken. Took her ten minutes and I asked why she wasn't doing what I was told and quoted for and she said she didn't want to mess with the entire tooth and suggested to just fix inky corner. And, after just ten minutes still charged me $266.00. I was lied to and very much over charged and didn't get what I went in for. I am beyond pissed!!!!!
