I got there at 3 (all my new patient paperwork was done online when I made the appointment). Within 5 minutes I was taking X-rays and minutes after that I was meeting Dr. Taylor Shank. Dr. Shank has a great and immediate rapport. We went over the X-rays and a cavity and crack was found in one of my back molars. I'd need a crown. How amazed was I to walk out less than 2 hours later with the crown and an absolutely beautiful and painless restoration done to the tooth. The word "Modern" in their name is not just marketing. The offices are very nice, and all their equipment is up to the second state of the art equipment! It's weird to say, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the dentist, and am looking forward to my next one. They are accepting new patients so if you need a dentist, this is definitely where you want to be!

The dentist was running behind and asked to reschedule me because the dentist was not available. I never received ANY service -- no exam, no cleaning, nothing. I even signed a form at checkout confirming I owed nothing. Despite that, the office deliberately slipped my "bill" onto my husband's account and charged him for both his real treatment and my nonexistent visit. My husband had no idea they combined our charges until AFTER we left the office and talked about what happened. That is deceitful, dishonest, and unethical. When I confronted them, they admitted they were wrong. But the truth is simple: if I hadn't spoken up, they would've happily kept the money they stole. This is not a mistake -- this is shady business practice. This office has zero integrity and cannot be trusted with your health OR your wallet. If you don't want to be lied to, overcharged, and taken advantage of, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This place is a disgrace to the dental profession.

She communicates very well. Her office staff is excellent and very polite and since I am disabled they come out to my car and greet me and open the doors for me and then walk me back to my car. No other office (medical office or not) has done that for me. In the past, a couple of years ago when I had a dental bill I could not pay all at once, they allowed me to make payments so I could get the dental work I needed. I have no complaints whatsoever about Dr. Jade or her staff. They are all very polite, professional and courteous and in a sincere way, not for show. I began freaking out before the procedure, but Dr. Foreman took the time to explain to me various aspects of the treatment and talked me into proceeding. My pain was addressed at various times during the procedure, and my suffering was quite minimal, as the old amalgam was quickly and completely removed, the gaping tooth hole sterilized, and a perfect state of the art ceramic cap was created in house and bonded to the tooth.
