In January of 2022 we received another notice. Again, reached out to Connie who told us that she filed the amended return and that she would mail me a copy of which I NEVER RECEIVED. I filed my 2021 taxes and received a refund that was significantly less like $3500 less!!! Mind you this was taken straight out of my taxes of which I definitely needed! Contacted Connie no answer, left messages with the receptionist, ask for a return call, NOTHING NO RESPONSES!!!!! My ex attempted to contact her with no responses!
