Heather was upbeat and helpful -- gave me appointment time I wanted and reminded me of everything I needed to bring. Ralph is the most efficient person I've had do my taxes. I have several W-2s, several bank statements, and because of the move, tax payments and rebates from two states. Ralph reviewed my previous year's returns, which included selling/buying houses. Ralph breezed through all the paperwork and had my taxes filed electronically before I realized it. He then gave me a folder that had the State return (with the included addressed envelope!) that I had to send in on one side, and copies of everything else on the other side. I feel at ease with the answers Ralph gave to my questions and the advice he provided about this year's taxes. Heather has offered to assist me setting up automated payments for next year and she told me that they are there year round to answer any tax questions. They made the tax process so easy. I paid it last year because we had extra paperwork that needed to be filed and working from home! This year was suppose to less complicated, just had two W2's and standard deductions. NOPE!! We were charged "575" and then after talking to that lady doing our taxes she finally says she will give us a discount $414? Lol yes I'm the idiot who paid $414 for filing my taxes! But sure as shit, NOT again! You guys are taking advantage of people! I will never recommend anyone to you guys!
