Chris gave me a $799 price so we had it delivered only to find out he is a Waste Management reseller??? He was the only one who promised delivery but then wants $799 for each swap out... Should have waited another day for Waste Management - with them the job would have cost $400. Dynamite Dumpster would cost $2400. Total thieves! Avoid these people. This was a job in Farminton NM at a major retailer.

We needed a dumpster for hurricane & flood debris removal from our property and home. "Matt" took our order and they were supposed to drop off the dumpster on 6-7-21 but they didn't show up. I called that afternoon for an ETA on the dumpster and "Chris" took my name and cell phone number and said he would call back with an estimated time. He never called back. The next day (6-8-21) I noticed they charged my credit card on the 7th for a dumpster that we never received. I called back again and "Chris" said that I would get the dumpster that day. I asked for a time frame but he said "sometime in the afternoon" and they would call me when they were on the way. They never called and this was day 2 of no dumpster. They didn't show up. Day 3 - 6-9-21, after reading the horrible reviews on here and seeing that this seems to be a pattern with them, I called to cancel the dumpster and get my credit card refunded. "Chris" who would not give me his last name but said he was the Manager, said he was sending out a cancellation number on an invoice. I asked for the cancellation number to write down. He said there isn't one, only an email from Dynamite Dumpsters. I asked for clarification since he just said "cancellation number in email", but he said there is only an email. And that I will get my refund. When I tried to ask more questions, he hung up on me. READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE!! There is obviously a pattern here, and Chris the manager did not even attempt to make the problem right and wasn't the least bit upset that we asked for a refund. We have still not received a cancellation email and I am now watching the credit card for a refund that we aren't sure is coming. Save yourself and don't do business with these people.
