To begin with, 'prompt, 'friendly' and 'reasonable' come to mind,. These guys are the consummate professionals! Not only did they do a stellar job cleaning my windows, but they throughly scrubbed and washed all the screens, vacuumed and cleaned the sills. . . and Casey was even kind enough to repair a damaged screen for me. I simply could not be more pleased and impressed! Another important factor for me is that Squeegee Monkey is locally owned and operated. It is always nice to support local businesses. This company gives a bid and then miraculously it takes more time so the bill goes up! This happened to all 3 of us. He was also instructed to split the bill equally for us and our neighbors but he gave us a bill for 2/3 of the work. He also got sawdust all over my car on a rainy day. It's his attitude that's the worst-he is arrogant and cocky and doesn't take suggestions or criticisms well at all.
