I made the appointment, which was 3 weeks out. When they came out they didn't even bring a ladder to go up on the 2nd floor roof to measure. I explained that I was going to put heat cable in myself after the gutter & down spout had been installed. They preceded to tell me they can't do the down spout if I don't let them do the heat cable. I said seriously? He stated yes that's their policy. Who does a gutter without a down spout???. Could have told me when I made the appointment, considering I explicitly told the exactly what I needed! I told them to leave!

They came to our home and reviewed our roof for metal roof installation. Spent about and hour…read morereviewing the proposal and the pro and cons of metal roofing. That was on a Tuesday. On Friday morning in 19 degree weather they started the project. About 2750 sq.ft. and finished the project on Saturday afternoon including throwing in covering our 16x 24 storage shed.
