The third class triggered things I was forced to deal with. My husband has called and tried to settle and he refuses to return that call or speak to him. I've been threatened by Matt multiple times through email, text and now snail mail. I'll be following up with an attorney. This is excessive and disgusting behavior by somebody who claims to teach empowerment. Do not trust this man.

I called their number--623-300-6114--THREE TIMES and no one ever answers. Throughout four months, I left three very clear messages (with credit card info) telling Elite Defense Systems to CANCEL the unauthorized "subscription" and rebate my money. Even so warned, 10 days ago, they auto-charged me again! Credit card companies can only reverse charges once made; can't refuse future charges from a company. The only fix is to now cancel my card and notify all the companies where it's on file of my new credit card number.

You go in the morning, it's quiet and relaxing and you don't have to worry about the loud gym goers that may a bit of noise that disrupts you. You have a calmer crowd that goes in the morning. It's got its own quirks such as when there isn't soap in the soap dispenser in the regular hand sinks or in the shower, or paper towels in the paper towel dispensers. But you know what? You make it work, and with the facility and the equipment it has, it is well equipped for you to make your health your priority. Mornings are relaxing and quiet, but if you need the gym goers to be there to motivate you, 3 to 4pm and later is your shot. However when you do go to work out in the evening, you will be fighting for equipment as well as for space on the cardio machines. If you look up on google for the timing, you'll be able to see whether or not it's going to be a good time to go to get your fit in. Keep putting in that work LA Fit Go get it
