The Dunnes Stores in Cornelscourt is probably the biggest in Dublin. There's a vast range of clothing for ladies, gents and children, and the homewares section has very tasteful furnishings, crockery, bedding, garden furniture, bbqs, pots and pans, and many more besides.
The supermarket itself is well stocked, with an in-store bakery, a butchers and a fishmongers section. All the food here is really fresh, and the focus (or so the ads go) is on Irish produce.
There's a Dunnes cafe at the front of the shopping centre with reasonably priced tea and coffee, snacks and light meals.
The car park is quite big too so there is seldom a problem getting a parking space.
The shopping centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. What nutters do their supermarket shop at 3am? Handy for them anyway. read more
