He and his men showed as scheduled and trenched along the section of the wall where the problem was. When they were finished they replaced the soil, tamped down the ground and cleaned up leaving a professional job behind. Within six months, large sections of the sealant had come up. A year later, it's even worse. These are in low-traffic areas - no cars or bikes. And no "moss," as they ridiculously tried to tell me. They offered to do a touchup, but that would have left a different texture and color on there a year later. It is important to note that their work does not carry a warranty. I did not realize this when we hired them (my fault!). Thus, they refused to make it right and redo the driveway. Presumably, they used a cheap product. Avoid at all costs; spend your money elsewhere for a driveway that will last.
