The service is always quick and friendly. The reason for the low star rating is because every time we go in there, the tables have never been wiped off and are always sticky. Today, we sat at the same table that we did last week and the same crusty sticky stuff was still there. I asked for some napkins to be wet with water so that I could try to get the table clean. It was so hard and crusty that I couldn't even get it all off. The floor is usually littered with napkins, paper straw holders, etc. over close to the trash. They even got mad at me one time when I asked for a rag to wipe the table off. They seem to always have people standing around waiting for something to do. Just clean up a little! read more

We drove in from out of town to get ice cream and arrived at 9:40 PM. The store doesn't close until 10 PM, but the doors were already locked. Employees were inside and wouldn't even look up or acknowledge us. It definitely felt like they knew they were in the wrong. Very disappointing experience and unfortunately we won't be back. While traveling out of town, our son was craving a donut for breakfast, so we made a detour off the interstate to visit this Dunkin' location. Coming from a populated area like Orlando/Tampa, we were surprised to find that it required several miles of driving into town, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, the donuts were not up to par. By 10:49 AM, they didn't seem fresh at all--semi-hard and lacking that usual Dunkin' quality. For nearly $31, the experience left us quite disappointed. I ordered 2 hot chocolate cocoa drinks and I wasn't able to try it until I got home. When I finally did, it tastes like nothing but water or a dab of cocoa the rest is completely filled with water. So I called asking for the manager and I guess he was the one that picked up the phone. I explained to him my issue and all he had to say to me was "it's water based, it's just water and cocoa " well no duh how else is it made? My point I'm trying to make is it's overly filled with water, it's not even the correct color of brown. And I was expecting him to at least say I can come and they'll remake it properly but he had nothing to offer and I just waste money on hot water. WONT RECOMMEND hot cocoa! read more

My review is about the coffee, for the most part. As far as the service, I get that they are still working on getting a dependable crew that knows how to treat and deal with customers. They're getting there - there are a few ladies that are a pleasure to deal with, as well as a couple of the guys. But the coffee.. No one that I've found in, or around Valdosta can be at Dunkin coffee! I either get the Dunkin Midnight, or my favorite, the caramel macchiato. They don't over power the coffee/espresso with too much caramel. Everyone else does - I guess to hide the fact that their coffee is weak and damned-near tasteless. Absolute trash. Stood at the counter in an empty store being ignored for far too long. Got a dozen donuts and they all taste dry and gross.

I like Dunkin Donuts most of the time in cities I visit, but Valdosta, GA's is different. The owner, Mr. Patel, doesn't seem to care that this location is declining. The reviews should give him a "heads up." The donuts are shipped in pre-made instead of fresh like they were originally; we can get that at the gas station. They can't seem to keep waffle cones no matter how often I come. You can't add a water at the drive up window. All the employees can continue to say is, "I'm sorry." Mr. Patel, leave a phone number with your employees so they can give it out to your customers when they ask for it, please. It would show that you "give a care." read more

I live outside of Philadelphia and travel regularly. Dunkin donuts are generally friendly and accommodating. This dunkin is by far the worst I have ever visited. Daily, I order a medium or large iced coffee with almond milk. While visiting family, I frequented this dunkin on Sunday, ordered my usual and it was good. Today, I ordered and it is SO strong and bitter. I informed the employee and asked for more almond milk. I was informed they are only allowed to give a set amount. I told her I was happy to pay for it but wanted to let her know that something was not right and it was extremely strong. She said it was normal. She did not know how to charge me so she called someone over they tried to overcharged. I informed them that a shot of almond milk should be about $.56. Eventually, they got it right. I was handed another shot of almond milk, which did nothing for the coffee. If this is 'normal' then why did it taste correct yesterday? I paid to fox their mistake and it didn't help. In addition, in the drive-through, they could not understand me (I pulled past the speaker) and I pulled forward after repeating my order twice. while at the drive-through, I was told I would need to pull back around to order my coffee. They could not fill my order because they didn't hear my order. If you can help it, go to a different location or find a better coffee spot in Valdosta. This Dunkin is not your place...worst customer service of any dunkin I've ever visited. read more

The reviews below must have been written when this location first opened. I think they've gotten the kinks out and to suggest that they need to close is absurd. However, I do have ONE problem with this location. The music is way, way too loud. I cannot think or talk to anyone inside the store, because the music is so ridiculously loud. The store is staffed by a bunch of high school kids, so I don't begrudge them choosing the music they like. I DO begrudge them assuming the rest of us want to be overwhelmed by it and playing it so loudly that we have no choice. Turn it down boys and girls. We went to the counter and the guy on the behind the counter told us he had all the ice cream in the back , so we went to the counter to order and the girl says they aren't doing ice cream so I told her he just said they could do any flavor the ice cream was just in the back . She then walked over to talk to him and just started gossiping and laughing instead of telling us "he was mistaken we can't do that right now" she just "forgot" we were at the counter ... for a new place it's pretty shitty service . They just opened and needs to close down. The issues started soon as we began ordering in the drive thru. They were out of ALL glazed doughnuts EXCEPT the ones with strawberry icing. We had 2 orders that he kept having problems separating and once we got done ordering completely he tells us the drinks ordered on the FIRST order they can't make. The toddlers wanted the dinosaur ice cream and they were out of the dinosaurs and the dinosaur cups but told us they had the unicorn cups. Also out of ALL THE ICE CREAM FLAVORS.. they were out of them all EVEN VANILLA... they only had cookie dough or some sort. We ordered 4 strawberry glazed total. Get to the window the guy says "I'm sorry we only have 2 doughnuts because we like to take some home with us!!!" Then when the toddler ice cream was gave to us IT WAS NOT IN A UNICORN CUP!!
