Order at your own risk. I pulled up to this store to purchase bags of ice from the convenience store and grab an iced coffee while I was at it. I pulled up and saw two male employees standing outside the store and both were smoking. I went inside, made my ice purchase from the convenience store and then walked over to the DD counter to order my iced coffee. The other employees behind the counter seemingly pretended like they didn't see me so I stood and waited. When the two male employees that were outside smoking came in they both walked behind the counter, and one took my order, and the other one started making another drink order. No gloves, no washed hands, nothing. I asked the manager if employees had to wash their hands after smoke breaks and he said they already wear gloves. Which neither one of them had done. My order was made by someone else but I don't think I will be returning until I have emailed corporate. Disgusting and unsanitary! read more

Years ago, when I was just a lad, these places were called, Dunkin Donuts. That's because 1) there was a shortage of the letters u,g, and h due to our reliance on imported silent letters and 2) they used make fresh doughnuts every day. Nowadays one rarely encounters what was once so common at these coffee places, fresh doughnuts or police officers. This one is in a gas station near the Interstate and away from the worst Meijer gas station in the world, so that's how I came in here; in search of coffee, a lavatory, a snack, and petrol for the car. With the gasoline pumped, I came in to take care of the private business and had to wait in line. The line was right next to the Dunkin. The doughnuts and coffee right next to the toilet doors. The doors that were open for many a flush. And the toilets were none too clean. I didn't get any doughnuts after all, and I suggest you don't either. read more

I can never resist the nostalgia that is a doughnut and smoothie from Dunkin donuts. I ordered a strawberry Coolatta, munchkin donut holes, an egg sausage and cheese sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. Yes, that is a ton of food, but in my defense, stress eating is now a permanent past time in my weekly routine. Dunkin doesn't really compare to places like Sweetwater in Kalamazoo but they will do when I'm in the mood for something that reminds me of childhood days with my parents. I enjoyed all the items but they weren't the best I ever had. I do know this location is also in a gas station, which can have it's pros and cons. I often do appreciate a gas station restaurant especially dunkin because donuts and coffee are the best thing to have at a gas station besides gas. My biggest problem with gas station food places is they sometimes are a bit crowded and can be a bit of a wait. Overall, I'll come back for my love of donuts and smoothies but it is not my favorite place for donuts. read more

Although three people working had to wait at counter as they serviced drive through. No one at grocery/gas counter. No fountain drinks at Dunkin or gas station. Asked for a chocolate eclair. Counter person said they could fill it with white cream. Not! She tried, some guy yelled at her, in end no cream but I didn't know it until I got to the car!!! And counter person didn't say a word. I'm pretty sure I paid for the cream too. If dog hadn't been in car I would have gone back. Will never go there again. Felt dirty and not customer focused. read more

I have been visiting this location for over 2+ years daily ($40 - $50/day) for our breakfast on the way to school. This morning, I had to go back to have my son's 2nd latte corrected as there was no flavor or sweetness. I was told they did not have time to fix my issues and that I should take my business elsewhere! WOW! Very unprofessional and I would advise you to AVOID THIS LOCATION if you want to be treated properly! Stephanie was VERY rude, very unprofessional,huge attitude with me and my friend when asking for light ice, and kept rolling her eyes at us through the drive through. This isn't the first time she's acted like this toward me. My friends use to work here and had many problems with Stephanie. They quit because of her.
