Hate to leave this review because Dunkin ALWAYS gets my coffee right but this was a terrible experience. The crew working at this Dunkin on 4/5/26 either hated their lives, jobs, or boyfriends. To begin, when pulling up to the drive thru I was greeted with a disturbing, "order when ready." The rest was fine. Pulled up, paid, got my drinks. The lady didn't look at me once and handed me my drinks with attitude. A new drink I tried tasted like cough syrup so I simply apologized and asked if I could swap it out with another drink the same size and price. When i tell you the look of disgust for asking for something simple. I also informed them my wife just placed a mobile order and that I would simply swing back around for it. Upon coming back around I was rudely greeted by a different woman who looked more pissed off than the first. She very aggressively raised her voice and said, "you have a mobile order?" I very politely said, "yes ma'am my wife put one in." She very rudely informed me that it wasn't ready and that I was supposed to let them know at the speaker that I had an order. Even though I technically informed the first girl I was coming back around I apologized. She told me to pull around the front and wait. I only had to wait 60 seconds for my drinks to come out. I was not surprised to see that the replacement drink was not included. I had to pull back around and PAY for a different drink. Surprise surprise the original girl was back at the window. I guess me not liking a drink was too much for her delicate senses. I guess she couldn't be bothered by this. All other drinks were perfect, service was garbage. read more

Only stopped here because I wanted an iced vanilla chai latte. Went through the drive thru and to my surprise they don't sell them at this location. Boo. So we then ordered a strawberry smoothie instead and two coolatta drinks. I also got a powdered donut. Our total was about $14. The coolattas were gross. The blue one smelled like throw up so we ended up throwing it away. I'm not sure if maybe the employee didn't know how to make them or what not but they tasted nothing like what I've had.. We went in to get some coffee and hot chocolate but the lady taking our order argued with me that they do not have peppermint and chocolate to make a peppermint hot chocolate so I ordered a hot chocolate and then tried to order a decaf peppermint mocha and the lady then argued that a mocha is not a latte with chocolate. She was very hostile which was hilarious but not very welcoming, and nobody greeted us as we walked in or stood at the counter. Overall the vibes were abysmal and I'd steer clear of the cafe side of this establishment. read more

This place needs to be shut down. They are never consistent with their hours. They'll have the lights on and no one is taking orders. Today, I placed a order online and my payment went through I went to pick it up at 7am, they open at 5am. And no one was helping at the drive thru. Other cars were leaving but I already paid so I had to stay. Then a worker came out and put a closed sign on the door and ignored me when I knocked. I'm out $20, I got no food, so save your money and go to McDonald's next door because this Dunkin' is ridiculous. Also, on normal days when they decide to work. The average wait time is 20 mins. If your ordering anything custom, like changing the milk or asking for decaf it becomes such a big hassle for them. And twice I've seen the workers get offered vapes from customers car's and they take hits while their working. They used to be a lot quicker and consistent with their operating hours but now it's a shit show. read more

I arrived in Roswell yesterday from LA and planned to visit all "Alien Invasion" tourist attractions. This afternoon I walked into Dunkin' Donuts/ BR Roswell location and a very nice younger man helped us with our order. I asked to taste some ice cream with the sample spoon and he happily helped me. After I tasted my sample ice cream I asked where to throw my spoon away motioning to the containers on the counter. All at once the two female employees, I'm assuming the manager and assistant manager started to berate the young male employee in front of us, the customer. The female women were very dramatic as they scolded this young man and quickly removed all counter containers and threw away the unused sample spoons. After that, my husband tried to pay with $100 bill and we didn't see that there was a note posted on the register that larger bills are not accepted. My goodness!! Once again the very dramatic female manger ( the one that was handling the drive up window on 8/6/22 around 1:30pm) snapped at us, saying, " IT'S POSTED EVERYWHERE!!" To the owners of this establishment, you should review your current management team!! You should never have another employee scold or berate another especially in front of customers. This poor younger man seemed to be a newer employee, but just because he is new doesn't mean he needs to take this nonsensical abuse from these two obnoxious, power mad, megalomaniac women!! I am a woman and I was appalled by their behavior and I just wanted to hug this poor young man that probably needs this job. This is a standard Dunkins, with standard coffee, that being said the Alien sign is worth this visit, and I have never seen their staff without a mask during my time here. (Which is during the 2020 global pandemic) They care about the customers and staff, and at the end of the day that is all you can ask from a chain coffee shop. I will go back, I like it more than the Roswell starbucks (for the alien alone) read more

They make amazing fresh to order sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwiches... The black coffee Americano is always on point! BUT... The ICED TEA has fallen to nearly undrinkable.... When they opened the iced tea was STELLAR!!!! Now for the last 4 or 5 visits the tea is cloudy and has a funk to it... Why have they lowered their standards??? Disappointed indeed... read more

I went through the drive through and ordered a dozen assorted donuts. When they handed me the box, the bottom of the box was covered in frosting - right where I put my hands. It was only after she saw my reaction that she offered napkins. She should have cleaned it off before she handed it to me. My debit card also had frosting on it, which means that she's using her dirty gloved-hands to handle transactions and donuts. That's not sanitary. We recently moved to Roswell, and don't live far from here, so I started getting my morning coffee here because of convenience. Unfortunately it's nearly impossible for me to get the same drink twice. Every time you go, the same drink tastes different. No consistency. Their drinks are either to sweet or not sweet enough, and it's become super frustrating. I've even gone inside to talk to someone about how I should order appropriately to get a more consistent outcome, but still didn't help. Wow! What a nightmare! We walked in and were immediately asked if we had masks. We had left them in the car and answered that we didn't have them with us. The employee, who was wearing her mask on her chin (exposed mouth and nose) rudely exclaimed "we won't serve you if you don't have masks on!" Such blatant hypocrisy and bad customer service! This place is hit and miss for product and for service. Early morning stops have resulted in one very rude staff member and multiple incorrect orders. Afternoons and evenings are better but there continues to be inconsistency in how drinks are made.
