I am sitting in this Dunkin and I cannot believe what a fabulous group of employees work here. No one was idle at any time. They were like a well oiled machine when it comes to working together, assisting each other cleaning, organizing, filling empty bins, etc. All while smiling, laughing and joking. As a big fan of tea, I couldn't wait to try Dunkin's Cool Mint Caffeine free Tea, and it was amazing! The minty flavor is strong, but not overwhelming..it's refreshing, and just what I needed for a quick pick me up. If you love peppermint tea, you've got to give this one a try! read more

Picked up some donuts, munchkins, and coffee drinks for the drive home. I really liked the apple cider munchkins. The coffee, so so. It tastes burnt, like its been on a warmer all day. I ordered through the drive thru and when I got to the window I noticed my drink was wrong. I asked the lady about fixing it since I understand that maybe matcha sounded like macchiato. I was then told that it would take to long to fix. Needless to say I drove across town to the other Dunkin location. As a local I don't recommend stopping here. read more

Ordered snackin bacon was raw and when I asked the manager to place it in the microwave I was told she could not because it was supposed to be served at room temperature. Does that make sense needless to say I did not take it not nor did the manager offer me my money back! The coffee was not good and I tossed what you see here in the trash. The absolute WORST DUNKIN I've been to in a while. How can you tell me it's ok to eat RAW bacon and refuse to cook it more if the customer asks you to do so? There is definitely something in the water at this location. The donuts do not rise. This place has the smallest most pathetic looking donuts I have ever seen from a Dunkin. On top of that they got rid of my favorite donut which was the traditional cake with the nub at the end that you would dunk into your coffee. My coffee drinks were consistently messed up to the point where I just ordered black coffee. I came here alot because there was little competition but it was not a pleasant experience. read more

Closed at 2 pm for some reason...I pulled up to the drive thru at like 1:55, was not helped. They didn't even tell me through the drive thru that they had closed early for whatever reason. There was a line of about 15 cars behind me also waiting, I doubt any of them knew they were waiting for nothing since the website said 7 pm closing. Today is Thanksgiving and my parents wanted a cup of coffee so I was calling around to a few Dunkin Donuts locations to see if they were open; two were not, so I called this one and was met with an exceedingly impatient, rude, and jarring employee who answered the phone - not with a "hello" - but with "we're open," which was apparently the only thing she knew how to say as it was repeated multiple times as I was speaking. She then hung up on me as I attempted to ask if they had different Thanksgiving hours (a question I began but never got through). I have fond memories of going to Dunkin Donuts as a kid. Back then, strawberry frosted was my favorite. Now, I'm partial to chocolate frosted cake. The place is very friendly and the people who work there take pride in trying to learn all of the regulars' orders. I take 2 equals and milk in my coffee. If you are looking for a fresh donut, you won't be disappointed. Their bagels are just ok but I am a purest and like boiled bagels like at Brueggers. All in all, a great place to stop in or drive thru on the way to work. read more

At the location down from the hospital, How about opening another register and try being a little more friendly. Won't be back. Actually, there is a place to walk in and sit down. However, the last couple of times me and my husband have visited this place it's been dirty, rude employees, and the doughnuts are horrible. If you happen to go in after lunch there is little selection, because they do not restock the shelves once certain doughnuts are sold out. Another problem we have had is he have walked in and not been attended to until we've said something, which they should approach us. We went one last time the other day and there were 4 people working, one car in drive through and one other customer waiting for coffee. We stood there for at least 3 minutes and not a single person welcomed us, said they would be right with us, didn't even "see" us. The chubby boy that works there is rude and has no business in customer service. There was a broom sitting outside of the counter with garbage collected behind it. This store is nasty, unfriendly, and the doughnuts are horrible. We will not go back. The Dunkin on Sunset is much better. read more
