So I go to the Dunkin' Donuts every morning five days a week and it's the best Dunkin' Donuts they're fast their polite accurate everything is fantastic and I go to the same Dunkin' Donuts at night and they're rude. They don't speak English and they can't make you drink right no matter how many times you ask them and then they get mad at you because you do not want to drink whatever they made because it's not what you order., I hope the owner sees this and really gets rid of the night staff. They are terrible. I was there today and it was absolutely a nightmare, and the person in front of me was complaining of the same thing. read more

Super fast Dunkins here! I love not waiting in line forever. It's always jam packed probably because it's right near a highway but also because the regulars like me know it isn't going to take forever to grab a cup of coffee. I can't complain or rave about how the coffee is made because I drink mine black with no sugar so who could screw that up. 5 stars for knowing I can pull in here before work and not be late. read more

Probably the best place around you will be able to find Dunkin' Donuts coffee. The coffee always taste like it's from a fresh clean machine. The employees there are always extremely fast. There was a guy there with a broken leg last winter and he served a better coffee and faster than 99% of the employees at other Dunkins. While staying across the street on vacation, we came over for breakfast and coffee. The food was excellent, the coffee even better, but what made us really like this place was Karen, who we saw every morning we came. Her service, personality, and dedication to her work was amazing! She even ran out into the parking lot one of the days when she realized a customer had left something behind, and wanted to make sure she got it to them. Okay, its a DD, you should know what you're getting yourself into. This location is pretty good. In my experiences, the location itself is pretty clean and the employees are always more nice than rude. The drive-thru is set up so you order from a remote board that's not attached to the actual building. This allows the employees there to typically prepare your order before you get to the window to pay and drive off. Good thinking guys. My only problem with this location is the actual location. During the morning hours the line for the drive-thru backs into the street causing a bottleneck. And if you're attempting to make a left out of the location, be prepared to wait an extra 2-3 minutes. Unfortunately this isn't something DD can change without moving to a new location. But so it goes. read more

I figured all Dunkin' Donuts were the same. The staff here is beyond friendly. I moved her from out of state and I am impressed. I've been here 3x so far and the line moves so quickly. But most of all I was incredibly impressed and my morning made with the window girl. She is so absolutely sweet and has a big smile on her face first thing in the morning. I have also never had anyone put my iced coffee into another cup to help with condensation and helping surfaces and hands not be wet. So creative and really made my day! Yes, it is true what everyone says, this is a fast paced Dunkin' Donuts, but at what cost? The guy who is always at the window that is so fast is extremely rude. The reason it's such a fast drive-thru is because he practically throws everything out the window and into your car. He's so focused on moving fast that he forgets everything else about basic manners. Every single time I go I have this same issue with him. He tries handing you everything all at once and then gets frustrated when you can't take your change, coffee, receipt, and food all in one fell swoop. The last two times I've gone I've asked him a question and he just flat out ignored me both times. His customer service is honestly some of the worst I've ever experienced. read more

I like drive thrus, so this may be a slightly slanted review... But, this Dunks is open at 5am, which was perfect for my faux commute this morning. The lady sounded like she was about to shit herself when I asked for four shots of espresso in my medium ice coffee. But, after a little clarification, we moved on. They were quick and nice, eventhough they thought I was bat shit crazy and slightly gross because of my caffine intake. Fastest & most accurate Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. The staff is quick, but very well mannered. They really are on their A-Game 100% of the time! Don't be intimidated by the long line! This place is lucky to have a drive-thru because other than that, I wouldn't bother. The staff is spotty...some are friendly and some are overtly rude. Service is spotty as well. My orders are regularly incorrect and a lot of the time when they are correct, it's because they forgot what I ordered by the time I got to the window so they had to ask me a second time. I have been a frequent customer of this Dunkin Donuts on a nearly daily basis for over a year. Never again will I give my business to this location. After ordering a muffin and ice coffee and paying at the window I asked if I could have a packet of butter to put on my muffin. I was informed that he needed to charge and collect an additional .25 cents per packet to add butter to my muffing after already paying. I have never felt so unvalued as a customer to have to pay for butter to add to my muffin. It may sound silly but it's an unappreciated nickle and dime charge for an already over iniflated item. I have been to other Dunkin Donuts and never had to pay for butter. Nor do I pay for sugar, cream, ketchup, salt and peppers when I order food anywhere I've ever been. So I hope the manager and owner can justify the loss of a customer for a packet of butter that most likely cost pennies.
