I like their balls, they are little round donuts, they come frosted in vanilla and chocolate. This location is clean and not very busy. Parking is plentiful and drive thru moves quick. I know everyone is familiar and likes the donuts with a hole, but you should try the balls sometime if you haven't already. I have previously came to this Dunkin and was quite disappointed with the service/timeframe of receiving my order but I wanted to leave an updated review of my experience at this location since it did improve since I was here before. I came through the drive through and ordered a coffee and a croissant with bacon, egg, and cheese, and was in and out of the drive through in probably less than 10 minutes, which I was quite impressed with since the last time I was here was quite different. I live very close to this Dunkin Donuts and have given it a few chances. Overall the service is certainly slacking. We've come here multiple times and there is always a issue with our order or the employees aren't very friendly or knowledgeable of their items or stock. For example we asked about their dairy free milk options and the employee had no idea and made no attempt to check. I love Dunken Donuts for the price point and honestly the flavor but I would choose other coffee shops over this one for the simple fact that their employees need more training and kinder etiquette. read more

At present, the Yelp reviews are topping out at a two and I would recommend that you all check out the other reviews and I would also like recommend that the managers and corporate folks take a look at this as well. Drive thru is quicker than going in. I dont know how they expect 1 person to cover front on a Sunday with at least 5 people in line. Worst experience ever! Went here and asked for a scooped out bagel and the lady said they are unable to do it because of their policy. Meanwhile the 10 thousand dunkin I've been to they always scoop it out. Also, they had no ketchup so we had to get mayo with our hash browns. I've never had an experience like that at dunkin. This location is right up the corner from my house, so obviously we frequent this particular store somewhat often, mainly on weekends. Drive thru is usually fast and fairly accurate + they seem to be taking safety precautions here during COVID-19. Today though, I received an unexpected surprise on my breakfast sandwich: green mold (pictured). Very unimpressed, given someone should've caught this mistake prior to it making it into my bag - and with having to throw this out, it's a loss of money and food. read more

So I decided to grab another coffee and this Dunkin is right in front of the Ice cream shop I frequent. I was not impressed. I went through the drive through so immediately you think it's gonna be quick or at least a reasonable Amount of time. I had to have been in line for a literal 10 minutes. Yes there were 3 cars in front of me but one of them dipped out so really only 2. Then I get to the ordering area and asked to wait (which I have no problem with) 3 ish minutes later I know it's was three minutes bc Chasing Jonah's "I feel so High" just started (YouTube it) and it's bit longer than 3 min. They looked fully staff and the cars in front didn't seem to have dicks ordering treys of donuts or coffee for an office so I wasn't sure what the hold up was for. I can say the iced black coffee (dark roast) was delicious and added 4 Splenda which was perfect. So I may come here again but inside to give another review. Next time I'll take pics. Worth the wait you ask? I guess but it wasn't life changing coffee so meh. Good coffee but overall wait made the experience suck. read more

The service has always been prompt and friendly and the store is reasonably clean. The food has been consistently good as well and I'm a fan of their coffee. I've been going to this Dunkin' for years but I've noticed that lately they have new employees and Managers working there with bad customer service skills . few times I've witnessed customers unhappy with their services . but I didn't think it would happen to me until now . I went there two times this week and I ask both times for them to warm up a coffee Roll and they answered that the manager at this particular dunkin says that they can't no longer warm up anything. the first time, I thought they were busy and didn't want to be bothered but the second time? I'm like .. ok ! this young girl at the cashier was laughing at me in my face . when I asked to talk to the manager, she called the assistant in charge and this last one was rude . she said the same thing. " per our manager, we're no longer allowed to warm up people's coffee Roll or anything else" she also said that her manager was not there and refused to give me the name or phone number. my question is how long it takes to warm up a coffee Roll? why all other Dunkin Donnuts do it and not yours ? why is it that you have 4 or more people working at your property and people have to wait for over 10 minutes for their orders ? If you're going through the drive through the employees are extremely rude and don't listen to requests. I requested one pump of sugar free vanilla and they put in two. When I kindly asked them they to remake and tried to give the drink back they rudely said park on the side. After waiting for more than 5 minutes nobody came to me with a new drink. I then had to go inside to get them to fix my drink where the employee was kind enough to prioritize. Normally I wouldn't have complained about this, however this is the customer service you receive every time you visit the drivethru of this particular location. read more

I thought that something had changed in the sizes of their Cups because I ordered two medium iced matcha's with almond milk and a chicken croissant without the bacon. The sandwich was fine, but the drinks were in a size small cup and even when the Drive through person gave it to me she said 2 medium iced matchas. So I'm thinking wow, they've probably changed the sizes. I left. The next day my friend went and asked for the same thing and was given two small cups as well. She told them that it wasn't a medium and they changed it. I don't know what type of shadiness is going on over there, but I don't appreciate the deceit. I agree with some of the other reviews that the employees could definitely use some better training. Every time I've asked for something with low or no sugar it's come out extremely sweet; in fact I think its sweeter than some of the other Dunkins' I've been to when I ask for normal sugar. Nonetheless they're usually pretty willing to exchange my drink when they make a mistake Drive through service is relatively quick, and for a Dunkin they're pretty clean. Although the drive thru may usually be crowded in the mornings, the line passes by quickly. As far as Dunkin Donuts go, this is my favorite one. It's super clean, the staff are really nice, and they are consistent. I often CRAVE their iced tea. And I'm not exaggerating. I'm not sure what it is exactly, because it's a standard iced tea, no special flavors or anything. Something about it though....mmmmmm. I can't help myself. Maybe there is an obscene amount of caffiene in it. Who knows and who cares. Every time I drive by, I feel as if I NEED this tea (and I order it unsweet, so it isn't even the sugar). And I can always count on it. It's not hit or miss like some places. Other locations just don't live up to this one, in my opinion. The food is good too. As can be assumed, this is considered fast food, which should mean that it's bad; but you can check the nutrition facts online and you will see that it isn't all bad. While the bagels and donuts are not the healthiest choices, they do offer english muffins, flats, and egg white instead of regular eggs. They are also slowly incorporating the DD smart menu which has even more health conscious alternatives, which according to the website means 25% less calories, fat, saturated fat, sugar, and/or sodium, and ingredients that are nutritionally beneficial. She was pleasant, she suggested the right amount of coffee for my staff, the right amount of munchkins (which are amazing donut holes), and was all-around delightful.
