Hello! Ok I normally love Dunkin but this location has terrible service and they never get the order correct. Even when we ask for 10 munchkins they don't even care enough to count that they actually give you 10. I have received 8 or 9 munchkins when I asked for 10. Now mistakes happen, but really? Also you may ask for a certain kind of munchkins but don't worry you will NEVER get the ones you ask for. They like to surprise you. You can't count to 10? You can't give me what I asked? Lastly, the few people who run the drive through like to tell you that you should add a tip. Why should I leave a tip? They don't do anything? Idk, please get it together Dunkin! I pulled up to drive thru annd said I ordered over the app just now. she replies "that's supposed to be done in advance but I'll start it now". I ordered iced latte with less ice so I can have more than 4 sips! I'm was handed a glass with over 1/4 of my glass space not filled. she tells me "less ice. less product". I am so incredibly sad and upset. I found out my French cruller was soaked wet and a bit raw tasting. I got my through drive thru so all I did was look in the bag to check. I drove literally 5 minutes before attempting to eat it. Oh so disappointing and a bummer. My iced drink only had 3/4 or less in it and purely sugar and thick and heavy, i even took out some of the syrup and such. I am not one to review but I felt I had to share. read more

Dunkin is so much more reasonable than Starbucks and the coffee is 10 times better. Also they are not politically backwards and I will support them any day of the year over Starbucks who to me is a corrupt unethical greedy organization and if you look up the founders, that tells you a big piece of the puzzle. Thank you Dunkin and I love you and will continue to be loyal to you and never go to Starbucks ever again. This is a great location. I decided to grab a coffee before heading to the library with my kids, while going through the drive thru I noticed by their back door an empty gallon jug from a cleaner full of cigarette butts. Topping it off the employees are short and lacking customer service. The girl handing out the orders was more concerned with cleaning the wall at the drive thru window inside than actually getting people through the drive thru. This location has severely inflated prices as well compared to other Dunkin Donuts in the area. $2.19 for a small iced coffee? We definitely won't be making it a regular thing to stop at this location on our weekly library trips. read more

The dirtiest Dunkin I have been to in 20yrs. 8 people working and no customers in store at noon on a sat. The floors filthy, the case empty 3 racks donuts in lobby area carts moved around back and forth and no one will full cases employees practically tripping over them to get orders. They are lifting up the hot choc and cappuccino machine which has 8 powdered beverages in it and scooping powder out by hand because bottom is clogged with power in all ports unsanitary. There is table next to fryer and customerfood that has all their personal drinks on it in public view...spoke to girl who said she was general manager, she thinks everything is fine. About 6 months ago I placed an order for Munchkins for my daughter's birthday sleepover. We had no issues with that. Today, we utilized the Drive Thru. Breakfast for me (3pm, ha) and a snack for my hubs. He got a French Vanilla Iced Latte and while I don't drink coffee, I did try it per his urging. Delicious! I'd totally get that for myself one visit. I snacked on an egg, ham, and cheese on English Muffin. It was pretty tasteless. No one flavor stood out at me and as a whole, it lacked flavor. I much prefer a ham, egg, and cheese Crossian'wich from BK just down the road or really, any other breakfast sandwich from anywhere else. Hubs is a die hard SBux fan so I can't say we'll frequent DD, but it's not something we'll avoid. It goes with the northern flow of traffic up 17 and toward Jax, so I'm sure that's helpful with the morning traffic commute. read more

Worse Dunkin yet - I ordered a Boston Cream - the donut was so dense it weight a ton. Thick dough. NOT soft and fluffy like every other boston cream I have eaten in over 40 years. I know my donuts! I'm not sure if this morning's visit was so much better because I went into the store for the first time or because they've worked out the kinks but I was much happier with the food, coffee, and service. There was a short line but hey, it's Friday morning. I ordered the new cookie dough iced coffee with no creamer or sugar and a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. I was nervous about the iced coffee because so many places either burn it or put so much flavor in that it is too sweet for me. I was very pleasantly surprised with this drink. It is sweet without being too much and was made perfectly. I also used my app to pay (and get a free medium iced coffee for doing so) and the girl had zero issues with how to do it. Rude customer service 6:30 in the morning from an employee whom claims to be a manager(red hair with a nose piercing ). SMH had to give a description because she refuses to give her name. I was in drive through and ordered 1 med coffee and 3 creamers. She said she could not hear me I repeated myself more than 3 times. Had to get loud for her to hear. But I don't think she like that to well. I wasn't trying to be rude I had to speak up for her to hear me. But what I'm I supposed to do if she continues to say I can't hear you In an unpleasant voice. So finally she heard me and says DRIVE AROUND rudely. So as I approached the window and look for the person with the head sets on she made no eye contact right. I asked for her name in which, and of course no one will give it to me and she claims to be the manager. To sum this up as I asked for her to come to the window to talk to her, she approaches the window with a very unpleasant attitude, refuses to give her name. As I asked for it. So I said I'll just give a description of how you look with the nose piercing and red hair she said she didn't care. STEER CLEAR OF DANI!!!! I went in today and the front clerk, Dani I believe, yelled at me from across the restaurant to put my mask on. Keep in mind I was sitting by myself, in the middle or taking a bite of my sandwich practicing social distancing. Let me start off with this is the best Dunkin' and I wonder if corporate or whoever reads these cause you guys need to fix Henley road , wells and 17. This Dunkin' Donuts puts everyone to shame. It's always clean , quick and efficient. My coffee is always made perfect especially on the weekends when Jacob is around. If they can't make it he always recommends something similar which gets me to purchase in the end. The sandwiches are so light and yummy for on the go. Terrible. Just terrible! My sister ordered 6 dozen donuts for her wedding that were supposed to be picked up at 9am. Get there and they are not ready nor do they even have an order for them. The order was placed a week prior. After speaking with the manager just to assure that we get the correct order and in a timely fashion, we got nothing but attitude from her and the rest of the crew. They got our breakfast order wrong as well and did not care to take care of the situation without making us wait an extremely long time to get it, plus the attitude on top of it. Not one person cared to help us nicely or with respect. If the manager doesn't care about her customers then why should anyone else that walks through the door?! Terrible customer service. Not very kind or helpful. I tried to order a drink that I usually get, and they said that they were unable to make it because they shut down their frozen machine early. I then ordered a drink that wasn't too tasty, and was trying to get something different. I came inside maybe a minute or two after and they said that they were closed. I asked if they could remake my drink real quick and they said no "maybe next time".So I paid for a gross drink, and got no help along the way. I won't be back. read more

Pretty great basic coffee, pretty bad donuts. I know why they call it Dunkin Donuts, because you have to Dunk those poor excuses for donuts Into your milk, coffee, etc in order to get them down. I am really picky when it comes to my donuts, so I generally don't get them from here- unless I'm really craving a donut at about midnight on a Saturday. They have ok breakfast sandwiches and decent muffins. The customer service is meh-about what you'd expect from any fast food place. I handed the coffee back to the girl at the window and asked her to empty the cup by half and pour more coffee because I wanted coffee with a normal amount of cream. She handed it back to me and what she did was empty the cup by a 1/4 and did not add coffee so I have a very Unsatisfactory cup of cream. Yuck!! read more
