Delicious food and even better service! The employee Melina was absolutely fantastic by helping take my order in a rapid speed, I've literally never seen a more efficient worker. Will definitely come again! PS: I recommend the hot chocante it's very good read more

This Dunkin' Donuts recently did an upgrade and gave it a new look. It does look a little better than it did before the upgrade, but the place still feels too small and crammed. They're always out of a lot of donuts, service is pretty slow, and employees seem to always have an attitude. I'm surprised they managed to stay open this long when theres a ton of better Dunkin Donuts out there read more

Consistency! Their consistency is what keeps me coming back time and time again. My coffee is always made the same, they're baked goods are very very good. Service is always on top of their game and they are well staffed. And the place is always kept nice and clean. read more

Back again at Dunkin Donuts! I must say after my initial post, there has been a substantial improvement in the upkeep of this store. The counter tops, floors, have shown significant improvements. The service was already above average, but now the cleanliness has indeed improved nicely. Hats off to Lovely young lady driving this improvement. She is indeed setting a great example in her leadership as well as friendly manner. And the hair coloring isn't bad either! Thumbs up! read more

Time for new crew. Management seems ok. I think the head manager may be too soft to be a boss. Nice guy. That's the issue. Trying to keep everyone happy is a failing strategy as a manager. Some bad attitudes on the crew. Typical at a DD. If you don't like people or your job, quit. It's a shame these young kid managers don't know how to mange people. Never, ever favor an unskilled, replaceable, disposable employee against a loyal repeat customer. They will be gone, and you will never recoup the lost business. Trust me, it wasn't their dream to toast muffins. Let them go. Some other shit job will hire them. Face lift on the store is ok, time to facelift the employees. Same ick on the inside. Silk hat on a pig. Lost an easy $400-600 a month from me. Oh well. 7-11. read more

I came in this A.M. with a coupon for a free latte and, while asking if the "Signature" lattes are part of the promotion (since no restrictions were printed on the coupon), Naveen, who was helping me said, "I don't know, but I'll be happy to make one for you!" How nice is that?? She asked me how I like it, made it exactly as I would have liked and mmm, on a cold, December day, it was perfect. I appreciated her thoughtfulness and hope her store manager does as well. read more

Excellent Experience Would Definitely Go Back! The service was stupendous and I felt like a valued customer.

Not just this Dunkin' but all of them. The coffee and food is excellent but they're hot coffee cups are the worst. Constantly leaking. Used to be so much better read more

First time at Dunkin' Donuts. This place is pretty good! The donuts do not feel too greesy and yes, their coffee tastes a little different than most. It is not too strong or overwhelming. I would say, they do have something different than the donut places in Cali (i.e. yum yum donuts) but then again, it is a chain.... A-OK! read more

This is my go to Dunkin Donuts in Oceanside. I typically only get coffee to go and maybe a donut once in awhile and I have never had an issue with service at this location. I'm a regular at this location and at least one employee knows me enough to make my coffee and have it ready for me without me even asking. UPDATE: I have been using the order ahead option and the morning crew is very quick with pumping out orders at this busy store. read more

Love this Dunkin'. Coffee is delicious, donuts are great, and the staff is always super helpful. This one employee, Emma, is always working EXTREMELY hard when I come. She is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. In addition she always goes out of her way to make sure the customers are satisfied! read more

Just came from this Dunkin Donuts. Walked in and asked the girls behind the counter how they were, just being cordial. I was met with a very sarcastic "just greaaat". As I started to order I could tell they just didn't want to be there, or even want to help me. Disrespectful. If you don't like your job, quit. Don't complain you're not getting $15 hr when you act like this. It's a job. Do it. Be nice, it costs nothing. If not, stay home. To boot, there was very little in the way of choice. They had maybe three styles of donuts made. Te read more

Donut. Coffee. Morning. Muffin. Sausage and egg on a bagel, no cheese. No cheese. No cheese. No cheese. No cheese. All words I equate with Dunkin' Donuts. For the love of god, why did you put cheese on this? I must have said no cheese at least 5 times. In fact, I did say it 5 times. Ahh, whatever. I know you're busy. But jesus man, I 've been in here every morning of every day for the past month. You figure you'd get it by now, you know? I mean, some days you get it, but at least 80% of the time this thing is oozing cheese. C'mon, man! read more

Zero stars is what I'd really like to give DD. I've stopped here twice which is unfortunate because it's close to my job. The first time I got an iced coffee. No problem with the coffee. My problem is that the person who made it wrote "YOU'RE HOT" in sharpie on the side of my coffee. This was at 7am on the way to class. My professor noticed what was written so thank you for the embarrassment. I stopped here a few days ago with my bf. I ordered a ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin. The muffin clearly had MOLD all over the bottom. Luckily I noticed before I took a bite. My bf's hash browns were cold. I went in and gave the manager my sandwich. He did apologize and asked the girl how she didn't notice the mold. She couldn't care less. She actually laughed. Glad you found it funny because I'll never be back. read more

Been in here a few times and the staff is friendly, but the store is pretty much like any other Dunkin Donuts that you have been in and nothing that I have experienced here separates them from the other coffee spots in the area. It it wasn't for my addiction to the coffee, I probably wouldn't make my way in. The service was ok, but nothing to write home about, unfortunately I know I will be back and that's ok. read more

Every time I come in to this store a machine is being "cleaned", so no lattes, no vanilla chai. I get it if they actually closed but put a sign up on the door and let me know not to wait 15 minutes on line. read more

Amazing. I love this dunkin. Delicious mocha. Great yummy food. Bless up.

Jackie is the best employee and should be promoted. She used to be new and I can definitely say her skills have come along way. Cause she used to ruin my coffee all the time but now it's perfect every time. She should get a raise! read more

Very nice employees. They worked very fast and the place was super clean. Good diversity of frozen hot chocolate flavors too, which can't be said about most other locations I've recently been to. read more

I don't come to this Dunkin' often, every other month or so when I'm passing through the neighborhood. Every time I have stopped in, the service is always friendly and polite. They offered me a free donut while I waited for a fresh pot of decaf to brew. The coffee was good, the restaurant appeared to be clean, and I will definitely stop here again when I'm in the area. read more

I work the night shift and come in here every night. The staff is always very friendly, especially thomas, greeting me right as i walk through the door. The place is always clean and tidy and ive never had a bad experience here! read more

Stop going here the owner is afraid of the electric bill so he has his workers and customers sweating instead of turning the Air condition what a cheap guy and all the money he makes. What a shame. 5 stars for the employees and 0 for the owner read more

Absolutely DISGUSTING! Donuts were old and moldy inside. Avoid at all costs!!

you know sometimes certain employees are mean but other times they are nice like i was tired and one of the employees gave me a card to get a coffee that was nice the one that was kinda mean was like no more ok next time you pay ok but im like ok how come shes saying i have to pay when the male employee told me some days i can get anything free im like really confused but whatever at least they let me stay in till things like library opens up but it is what it is read more

The frozen vanilla chai from Dunkin is one of the most delicious things on the menu. Just ordered one from this location and it tastes like absolute trash. I'm also dairy-free, and when I've come to this location in the past they've been out of Almond Milk. Today they had it, but now that I can actually order the drink it tastes so bad. Not at all the case in Oceanside's other location! Not good! read more
