Back again at Dunkin Donuts! I must say after my initial post,there has been a substantial improvement in the upkeep of this store. The counter tops,floors, have shown significant improvements. The service was already above average, but now the cleanliness has indeed improved nicely. Time for new crew. Management seems ok. I think the head manager may be too soft to be a boss. Nice guy. That's the issue. Trying to keep everyone happy is a failing strategy as a manager. Some bad attitudes on the crew. Typical at a DD. If you don't like people or your job, quit. It's a shame these young kid managers don't know how to mange people. Never, ever favor an unskilled, replaceable, disposable employee against a loyal repeat customer. They will be gone, and you will never recoup the lost business. I came in this A.M. with a coupon for a free latte and, while asking if the "Signature" lattes are part of the promotion (since no restrictions were printed on the coupon), Naveen, who was helping me said, "I don't know, but I'll be happy to make one for you!" How nice is that?? She asked me how I like it, made it exactly as I would have liked and mmm, on a cold, December day, it was perfect. This is my go to Dunkin Donuts in Oceanside. I typically only get coffee to go and maybe a donut once in awhile and I have never had an issue with service at this location. I'm a regular at this location and at least one employee knows me enough to make my coffee and have it ready for me without me even asking. UPDATE: I have been using the order ahead option and the morning crew is very quick with pumping out orders at this busy store. read more

As I started to order I could tell they just didn't want to be there, or even want to help me. Disrespectful. If you don't like your job, quit. Zero stars is what I'd really like to give DD. I've stopped here twice which is unfortunate because it's close to my job. The first time I got an iced coffee. No problem with the coffee. My problem is that the person who made it wrote "YOU'RE HOT" in sharpie on the side of my coffee. This was at 7am on the way to class. My professor noticed what was written so thank you for the embarrassment. I stopped here a few days ago with my bf. I ordered a ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin. The muffin clearly had MOLD all over the bottom. Luckily I noticed before I took a bite. My bf's hash browns were cold. I went in and gave the manager my sandwich. Been in here a few times and the staff is friendly, but the store is pretty much like any other Dunkin Donuts that you have been in and nothing that I have experienced here separates them from the other coffee spots in the area. I don't come to this Dunkin' often, every other month or so when I'm passing through the neighborhood. Every time I have stopped in, the service is always friendly and polite. They offered me a free donut while I waited for a fresh pot of decaf to brew. The frozen vanilla chai from Dunkin is one of the most delicious things on the menu. Just ordered one from this location and it tastes like absolute trash. I'm also dairy-free, and when I've come to this location in the past they've been out of Almond Milk. Today they had it, but now that I can actually order the drink it tastes so bad.
